Abstract
Remaja jarang memperhatikan kebersihan pada organ genetali, sehingga mengalami gangguan kesehatan genetalia seperti Leukorea atau keputihan. Pada santriwati di pondok pesantren masih banyak di temui sanitasi lingkungan pondok pesantren yang kurang baik, dan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat yang kurang, sehingga hal tersebut menjadi faktor berpengaruh pada kesehatan reproduksi. Personal hygiene merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh pada kesehatan reproduksi untuk mencegah terjadinya infeksi. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan, MA Intisyarul Ulum dan SMK AN-Nur merupakan sekolah dibawah naungan Yayasan Pondok Pesantren An-Nur. Kamar mandi siswi MA Intisyarul Ulum memiliki sanitasi yang kurang baik karena terdapat banyak jentik nyamuk, dan kamar mandi siswi SMK An-Nur memiliki sanitasi kamar mandi kurang layak karena terlihat kotor karena belum dibersihkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan Personal Hygiene dengan kejadian keputihan pada remaja putri MA Intisyarul Ulum dan SMK An-Nur Probolinggo dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yakni 100 orang usia 18-19 tahun. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner personal hygiene dan kuesioner kejadian keputihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku personal hygiene remaja putri yaitu baik (62%), serta kejadian keputihan sebesar 78 orang (78%). Uji statistik menggunakan uji Chi-square menunjukkan adanya hubungan dengan nilai signifikan <0,05 yakni 0,000, dan nilai X2 hitung (83,200) > X2 tabel (5,991). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara personal hygiene terhadap kejadian keputihan pada remaja putri MA Intisyarul Ulum dan SMK An-Nur Probolinggo. Diharapkan remaja putri dapat menerapkan personal hygiene dengan benar dan memahami cara penanganan dan pencegahan keputihan.
English Abstract
Teenagers rarely pay attention to the cleanliness of the genital organs, so they experience health problems such as vaginal discharge. Many female students in Islamic boarding schools still encounter poor environmental sanitation of Islamic boarding schools, and poor clean and healthy living behavior, so that this is an influential factor in reproductive health. Personal hygiene is a factor that influences reproductive health to prevent infection. Based on the preliminary study, MA Intisyarul Ulum and SMK AN-Nur are schools under the auspices of the An-Nur Islamic Boarding School Foundation. Intisyarul Ulum's student bathroom has poor sanitation because there are many mosquito larvae, and An- Nur’s student bathroom has inadequate bathroom sanitation because it looks dirty, it has not been cleaned. The purpose of this research was to determine the correlation of personal hygiene toward leukorrhea disease in young women at MA Intisyarul Ulum and SMK An-Nur Probolinggo. The research design was used a cross sectional approach. The sample include 100 selected using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used are personal hygiene questionnaire and leukorrhea incident. Results in this research obtained that the personal hygiene behavior of young women was good (62%), and the incidence of leukorrhea was 78 people (78%). Statistical test using Chi-square test showed a relationship with a significant value <0.05, that is 0.000, and the value of X2 count (83.200) > X2 table (5.991). Based on the results of this research can be concluded that there is a correlation between personal hygiene and the incidence of leukorrhea in young women of MA Intisyarul Ulum and SMK An-Nur Probolinggo. It is expected that young women can apply personal hygiene correctly and understand how to handle and prevent leukorrhea incident.
