Hubungan Self Compassion dengan Tingkat Stres pada Pasien TB Paru di Puskesmas Kraksaan Kabupaten Probolinggo

Abstract

Tuberculosis merupakan suatu penyakit infeksi menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri TB (Mycobacterium Tuberculosis). Penderita TB paru merasa sedih dan terdapat statement penularan penyakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan self compassion dengan tingkat stress pada penderita TB paru di Puskesmas Kraksaan Kabupaten Probolinggo. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari 47 pasien TB paru di Puskesmas Kraksaan Kabupaten Probolinggo berjumlah. Teknik sampel menggunakan total sampling. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Self Compassion Scale (SCS) dan kuesioner DASS 42. Uji hubungan 2 variable menggunakan uji Spearman Rho (p < 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sebagian besar penderita TB paru memiliki self compassion tinggi sebanyak 27 orang (57,4%) dan tingkat stress pada pasien TB paru sebagian besar tidak stress (normal) sebanyak 25 orang (53,2%). Hubungan antara self compassion dengan tingkat stress pada penderita TB paru adalah sangat kuat dengan nilai koefisiensi korelasi sebesar 0,832 dan p-value 0,000. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan self compassion dengan tingkat stress pada pasien TB paru . Dengan Demikian Self compassion mempunyai indikasi terhadap tingkat stress yang lebih rendah. Self compassion dapat memaknai penderitaan yang telah dialami, dengan cara memperlakukan dirinya sendiri dengan baik, membuat lebih menerima atas penyakitnya, rasa peduli, dan tidak menghakimi diri sendiri sehingga stress akibat sakit fisik akan berkurang untuk mencapai tujuannya yaitu kesembuhan yang optimal.

English Abstract

Tuberculosis is contagious infectious disease caused by TB bacteria (Mycobacterium Tuberculosis). TB patients feel depressed and there is infected statement that disease my infected when some people have contact with them. This research was designed to analyze the correlation of self compassion with stress levels in patient with pulmonary TB in Kraksaan Health Center Probolinggo Regency. The research design was used a cross sectional approach. In this study, there were respondents with a total of 47 people with pulmonary TB at the Kraksaan Public Health Center, Probolinggo Regency totaling 47 respondents. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The research instruments used are a Self Compassion Scale (SCS) questionnaire and the DASS 42 questionnaire. Correlation test between variables used Spearman Rho test (p < 0.05). Results in this research the majority of pulmonary TB patients had high self-compassion as many 27 people (57%) and the stress level in pulmonary TB patients was mostly not stressed (normal) as many 25 people (53%). The correlation self compassion and stress levels in patient with pulmonary TB was 0,832 that indicated very strong and has p-value 0.000. based on the results of this research can be concluded that there is a correlation between self compassion with stress levels in patient with pulmonary TB. Self compassion has an indication of lower stress levels. Self compassion can interpret the suffering that has been experienced, by treating oneself, accepting of their disease, caring, and not judging themselves well so that stress due to physical pain will be reduced. to achieve their goal of optimal healing.
