Abstract
Saat ini, semua negara sedang menghadapi situasi pandemi COVID-19, termasuk di Indonesia. Menurut Pakpahan (2020) pandemi COVID-19 memiliki implikasi ekonomi, sosial dan politik di hampir semua negara. Saragih (2020) menjelaskan bahwa dampak penyebaran virus COVID-19 akan mempengaruhi kehidupan masyarakat, baik secara ekonomi, sosial maupun pangan. Berdasarkan pandemi ini kondisi tersebut, pola konsumsi masyarakat dapat berubah. Sudah banyak shift dan perubahan pola konsumsi yang terjadi setelah munculnya ini pandemi terkait kesehatan. Mulai dari kebiasaan kecil dalam kehidupan sehari-hari hingga kebiasaan yang mengubah pola konsumsi masyarakat. Situasi ini telah mengubah orang persepsi dalam menentukan keputusannya untuk melakukan pembelian barang kebutuhan pokok. Perubahan pengeluaran rumah tangga untuk konsumsi makanan dan bukan makanan sebelum dan selama pandemi COVID-19 tentu berubah karena kebutuhan untuk mendukung kesehatan, seperti pembelian masker, hand sanitizer, dan suplemen kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai antara lain: (1) Menganalisis rumah tangga pola konsumsi sebelum dan selama pandemi COVID-19 di Kampung Cempluk, Desa Kalisongo, Kabupaten Malang; (2) Menganalisis pengaruh pendapatan, umur, lama pendidikan, dan jumlah anggota keluarga secara keseluruhan pengeluaran konsumsi rumah tangga di Kampung Cempluk, Desa Kalisongo, Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kampung Cempluk, Kalisongo . Desa, Kabupaten Malang. Jumlah sampel yang dipilih adalah 100 rumah tangga menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis pola konsumsi menggunakan rumus perhitungan proporsi pengeluaran makanan dan bukan makanan antara sebelum dan selama pandemi COVID-19, untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi total pengeluaran konsumsi menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS alat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pola konsumsi rumah tangga berdasarkan proporsi pengeluaran rumah tangga sebelum dan selama pandemi COVID-19 adalah berbeda. Proporsi pengeluaran rumah tangga didominasi oleh pengeluaran untuk makanan konsumsi. Proporsi pengeluaran untuk makanan sebelum COVID-19 pandemi adalah 80,87% dan selama pandemi COVID-19 adalah 77,53%. Itu proporsi pengeluaran non-makanan sebelum pandemi COVID-19 adalah 19,13% dan selama pandemi COVID-19 adalah 22,47%, yang terdiri dari pengeluaran untuk jenis konsumsi transportasi, komunikasi dan kesehatan. Selama Pandemi COVID-19, pengeluaran rumah tangga untuk makanan sedikit berkurang karena ada kebutuhan lain. Pengeluaran rumah tangga untuk non-makanan seperti untuk komunikasi dan kesehatan meningkat karena kondisi selama COVID- 19 pandemi. Faktor pendapatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap total pengeluaran konsumsi rumah tangga di Kampung Cempluk. Ini berarti bahwa setiap kenaikan variabel pendapatan akan meningkatkan total pengeluaran konsumsi untuk setiap rumah tangga.
English Abstract
Currently, all countries are facing the COVID-19 pandemic situation, including in Indonesia. According to Pakpahan (2020) the COVID-19 pandemic has economic, social and political implications in almost all countries. Saragih (2020) explains that the impact of the spread of the COVID-19 virus will affect people's lives, both economically, socially and in food. Based on this pandemic condition, people's consumption pattern may change. There have been many shifts and changes in consumption pattern that have occurred after the emergence of this health-related pandemic. Starting from small habits in everyday life to habits that change people's consumption pattern. This situation has changed people's perceptions in determining their decision to make purchases of staple goods. Changes in household expenditure for food and non-food consumption before and during the COVID-19 pandemic certainly changed because of the need to support health, such as purchasing masks, hand sanitizers, and health supplements. The research objectives to be achieved include: (1) To Analyze household consumption pattern before and during the COVID-19 pandemic in Kampung Cempluk, Kalisongo Village, Malang Regency; (2) To Analyze the influence of income, age, length of education, and number of family members on the total consumption expenditure of households in Kampung Cempluk, Kalisongo Village, Malang Regency. This research was conducted in Kampung Cempluk, Kalisongo Village, Malang Regency. The number of samples selected was 100 households using purposive sampling method. Analysis of consumption patterns uses the calculation formula for proportion of food and non-food expenditures between before and during COVID-19 pandemic, to analyze the factors that influence total consumption expenditure using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS tool. The results of this study is household consumption pattern based on proportion of household expenditure before and during the COVID-19 pandemic is different. Proportion of household expenditure is dominated by expenditure on food consumption. The proportion of expenditure on food before the COVID-19 pandemic is 80.87% and during the COVID-19 pandemic is 77.53%. The proportion of expenditure on non-food before the COVID-19 pandemic is 19.13% and during the COVID-19 pandemic is 22.47%, which consisted of expenditures for transportation, communication and health consumption types. During the COVID-19 pandemic, household expenditures for food decreased a bit because there are another needs. Household expenditures for non-food such as for communication and health increased because of the conditions during the COVID- 19 pandemic. The income factor have a positive and significant effect on the total household consumption expenditure in Kampung Cempluk. This means that any increase in the income variable will increase the total consumption expenditure for each household.
