Abstract
Pengangguran menjadi masalah global yang perlu diperhatikan dan ditanggapi secara serius. Desa Betet, Kabupaten Nganjuk merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki pengangguran dengan usia produktif yang cukup banyak. Pengangguran menjadi hal yang semakin membludak di desa ini setelah adanya pandemi covid-19. Selain itu, tingginya jumlah angkatan kerja di Desa Betet juga tidak sesuai dengan lapangan pekerjaan yang ada. Pengangguran yang cukup tinggi berdampak pada kesejahteraan masyarakat jika ditinjau dari segi ekonomi. Hal inilah yang menjadikan adanya program pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan social entrepreneurship dilakukan di Desa Betet Kabupaten Nganjuk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah a) mendeskripsikan program pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan social entrepreneurship di Desa Betet, b) mendeskripsikan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Betet setelah bergabung dengan Wisata Tani Betet, serta c) menganalisis pengaruh social entrepreneurship terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Lingkungan Wisata Tani Betet, Desa Betet, Kecamatan Ngronggot, Kabupaten Nganjuk pada bulan April-Mei 2021 dengan menggunakan jenis pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah saturated sampling dengan total 40 responden. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Program pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan social entrepreneurship yang dilakukan di Desa Betet, Kabupaten Nganjuk berbentuk Wisata Tani Betet yang merupakan gabungan antara sektor pertanian dan pariwisata. Wisata Tani Betet memberikan lapangan pekerjaan kepada masyarakat Desa Betet untuk dapat meniti karir bersama sebagai pengelola maupun penjual di lapak yang telah disediakan. Tujuan adanya Wisata Tani Betet adalah untuk membuka lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat Desa Betet, memberikan kehidupan yang lebih layak, serta memberikan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat Desa Betet. Setelah bergabung dengan Wisata Tani Betet, kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Betet masuk dalam kategori sedang dan tinggi jika dilihat dari indikator ketenagakerjaan dan pendapatan yang dihasilkan. Wisata Tani Betet yang merupakan bentuk social entrepreneurship di Desa Betet memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat.
English Abstract
Unemployment is a global problem that needs to be considered and taken seriously. Betet Village, Nganjuk Regency is one of the villages that has unemployment with quite a lot of productive age. Unemployment has become increasingly booming in this village after the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, the high number of the workforce in Betet Village is also not in accordance with the existing job opportunities. Unemployment that is quite high has an impact on people's welfare from an economic point of view. This is what makes a community empowerment program with a social entrepreneurship carried out in Betet Village, Nganjuk Regency. This purpose of the research is to a) describe the community empowerment program with social entrepreneurship in Betet Village, b) describe the community welfare in Betet Village community after joining Wisata Tani Betet, and c) analyze the influence of the social entrepreneurship to community welfare. This research is located in Wisata Tani Betet, Betet Village, Ngronggot District, Nganjuk Regency with the research time span from April-May 2021 using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with 40 respondents. The data collection techniques used are interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data that has been collected analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression with SPSS application. The community empowerment program with a social entrepreneurship carried out in Betet Village, Nganjuk Regency is in the form of Wisata Tani Betet which is a combination of the agricultural and tourism sectors. Wisata Tani Betet provides jobs for the Betet Village community to be able to pursue a career together as managers and sellers in the stalls that have been provided. The purpose of Wisata Tani Betet is to create jobs for the Betet Village community, provide a more decent life, and provide welfare for the Betet Village community. After joining Wisata Tani Betet, the welfare of the Betet Village community is in the medium and high categories that seen from employed and income. Wisata Tani Betet, which is a form of social entrepreneurship in Betet Village, has a significant influence on the welfare of the community.
