Abstract
Pemuda sebagai salah satu elemen di masyarakat yang memiliki inovasi dalam mengolah aset desa dengan cara mengambil peran di BUMDes. BUMDes Raharjo merupakan salah satu BUMDes yang melibatkan pemuda dalam pengelolaan wisata Lumbung Stroberi. Namun terjadi penurunan jumlah pemuda dari tahun 2018 hingga tahun 2020. Pada tahun 2018 pemuda yang terlibat di BUMDes ini sebanyak 85 orang. Tahun 2019 terjadi penurunan jumlah pemuda terlibat sebanyak 15 orang. Tahun 2020 terjadi penurunan lagi sehingga pemuda yang terlibat hanya 8 orang. Penurunan pemuda yang terlibat dikarenakan kurangnya kepercayaan pemuda terhadap BUMDes. Selain itu kepuasan pemuda juga berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan pemuda. Kepuasan berkaitan dengan semangat dan loyalitas yang diberikan pemuda ke BUMDes. Maka dari itu, perlunya mengukur tingkat kepercayan pemuda dan pengaruh kepuasan pemuda terhadap kepercayaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa tingkat kepercayaan dan pengaruh kepuasan terhadap kepercayaan pemuda Dusun Pandan ke BUMDes Raharjo. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk mengalisis tingkat kepercayaan adalah lebar interval, sedangkan dalam mengindentifikasi pengaruh kepuasan terhadap kepercayaan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji parsial (uji T). Jumlah sampel yang diteliti adalah 30 responden. Responden penelitian ini adalah pemuda Dusun Pandan, Desa Pandanrejo, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu yang berusia 16 hingga 30 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepercayaaan pemuda Dusun Pandan terhadap eksistensi BUMDes Raharjo dalam kategori sedang dengan interval 26-53%. Kepuasan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pada uji T. Hasil regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan pemuda meningkat 1%, maka kepercayaan pemuda akan meningkat sebesar 51,6%. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan responden didapatkan bahwa terdapat faktor lain yang mempengaruhi responden bepartisipasi di BUMDes Raharjo seperti responden memiliki kesibukan lain, sudah nyaman dengan pekerjaan saat ini dan adanya kerugian yang dialami BUMDes tahun 2020 yang menyebabkan hilangnya gaji. Maka dari itu perlu adanya perbaikan dalam manajemen finansialnya. Manajemen finansial yang baik, pemuda dan pengurus yang mengelola BUMDes akan mendapatkan gaji yang sesuai dengan tugas yang diberikan dan bisa mencukupi kebutuhan setiap bulan sehingga pemuda semangat dalam bepartisipasi.
English Abstract
Youth is one element of society that has innovation in processing village assets by playing a role in BUMDes. BUMDes Raharjo is one of the BUMDes that involves youth in the management of Strawberry Barn tourism. However, there has been a decline in the amount of youth from 2018 to 2020. In 2018 there were 85 youths involved in BUMDes. In 2019 there was a decrease in the number of youth involved by 15 people. In 2020 there was another decline so that only 8 youths were involved. The decline in youth participation is due to the lack of youth trust in BUMDes. In addition, youth satisfaction also affects youth trust. Satisfaction is related to the spirit and loyalty gave by youth to BUMDes. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the trust level of youth and the effect of youth satisfaction on trust. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of trust and the influence of satisfaction on the trust of the youth of Pandan Hamlet to BUMDes Raharjo. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The analytical tool used to analyze the level of trust is the width of the interval while identifying the effect of satisfaction on trust using simple linear regression, analysis of the coefficient of determination, and partial test (T-test). The number of samples studied was 30 respondents. The respondents of this study were youths from Pandan Hamlet, Pandanrejo Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City, aged 16 to 30 years. The results showed that the level of trust of the Pandan Hamlet youth towards the existence of BUMDes Raharjo was in the medium category with an interval of 26-53%. Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on trust in the T-test. The results of simple linear regression show that the variety youth satisfaction increases by 1%, then youth's trust will increase by 51.6%. Based on the results of interviews with respondents it was found that other factors influence respondents to participate in BUMDes Raharjo such as respondents having other activities, being comfortable with their current job, and the losses experienced by BUMDes in 2020 which caused a loss of salary. Therefore, there is a need for improvement in financial management. Good financial management, youth, and administrators who manage BUMDes will get a salary that is by the tasks assigned and can meet their needs every month so that youth are enthusiastic about participating.
