Abstract

Pelayanan informasi obat merupakan kegiatan untuk pemberian informasi, rekomendasi obat yang dilakukan oleh apoteker terhadap pasien. Informasi obat yang disampaikan terkait edukasi dan konseling sehingga keberhasilan terapi yang diperoleh pasien dapat tercapai. Informasi obat yang diberikan kepada pasien yaitu nama obat, kekuatan dan kegunaannya, cara penggunaan obat (rute penggunaan, frekuensi, dosis terlewat, penyimpanan), hal yang perlu diperhatikan (efek samping, interaksi obat, dan kontraindikasi). Kepuasan pasien memiliki hubungan erat dengan suatu kinerja atau proses yang dilakukan dan hasil yang dicapai oleh suatu organisasi dalam menyediakan produk dalam bentuk jasa pelayanan atau barang kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemberian informasi obat dan kepuasan pasien rawat jalan BPJS di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD dr. Soegiri Lamongan. Jenis penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pemilihan sampel dengan non-probability sampling method, jenis convenience sampling sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi serta dibutuhkan sebanyak 98 responden. Instrumen menggunakan dua jenis kuesioner yaitu kuesioner pemberian informasi obat dan kepuasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian informasi obat kategori lengkap sebanyak 37 responden (37,75%), cukup lengkap sebanyak 38 responden (38,77%), dan kurang lengkap sebanyak 23 responden (23,48%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kategori puas sebanyak 23 responden (23,47%), cukup puas sebanyak 75 responden (75,53%) dan kurang puas sebanyak 0 responden. Hasil uji statistik korelasi dengan uji Spearman menunjukkan nilai korelasi adalah 0,392 (p = 0,001), artinya kekuatan hubungan kedua variabel lemah. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan pemberian informasi obat dengan kepuasan mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan. Memiliki arah positif artinya semakin lengkap pemberian informasi oleh apoteker, maka semakin tinggi nilai kepuasan pasien.

English Abstract

Medical information service is an activity of providing information and medical recommendation by the pharmacist to the patient. The information given is about education and counseling it can help to achieve the success of patient treatment. The information involves some definitions of its drug such as the name, strength, use (routes, frequency, pass dosage, and its storage). Meanwhile, some important things must be concerned, for example, the side effects, interaction, and contradiction. Patient satisfaction has a close relationship with the performance of process and achievement results by an association in providing the service products to the customers. Here, Social Security Administration (BPJS) is a legal association that organizes health insurance. This research aims to recognize the correlation of providing medical information to the BPJS outpatient satisfaction at the Pharmacy Installation in RSUD dr. Soegiri Lamongan. It was the analytical observational research by using a cross-sectional approach. In order to collect the samples, the researcher used the non-probability sampling method of convenience sampling. It was in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria required by 98 respondents. As the instruments, the researcher used two kinds of questionnaires; providing medical information and a satisfaction survey. The providing medical information result showed that there were different numbers in each category classification; in the complete category was 37 respondents (37,75%), the enough complete was 38 respondents (38,77%), and the less complete was 23 respondents (23,48%). The satisfaction category result showed that there were different numbers in each category classification, that there were 23 (23,47%) satisfied respondents, enough satisfied was 75 (75,53%) respondents, and none respondent of less satisfied. The correlation of statistic test results by using spearman showed that the number of correlations was 0,392 (p=0,001), meaning tha the strength of the correlation was weak. As a result, it can be concluded that there was a significant correlation of providing medical information towards satisfaction. Besides, it also gives a positive effect if the more complete pharmacist provides medical information, the higher patient satisfaction level is.
