Abstract
Kombinasi Tiletamine-Zolazepam dan kombinasi Ketamine-Diazepam menghasilkan efek transquillizer, waktu induksi yang cepat, relaksasi otot yang baik dan pemulihan yang lancar. Tujuan penelitian untuk membandingkan durasi dan onset obat kombinasi Ketamine-Diazepam dan Tiletamine-Zolazepam terhadap parameter fisiologis pada lovebird. Delapan belas ekor Lovebird dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yang terdiri atas 9 ekor/kelompok. Kelompok pertama diinjeksi kombinasi Ketamine dosis 30 mg/KgBB dan diazepam 2 mg/ kg BB secara intramuskular. Kelompok kedua diinjeksi tiletamine zolazepam 50 mg/kgBB secara intramuskular. Perhitungan onset dan durasi obat dihitung, dan pengamatan refleks pedal, laju respirasi, dan laju denyut jantung dilakukan setiap 5 menit hingga burung mulai sadar. Data penelitian berupa laju respirasi laju detak jantung, onset obat, serta durasi obat diuji dengan metode normalitas dan uji dengan menggunakan uji T-independent. Kombinasi Ketamine-Diazepam dan kombinasi Tiletamine-Zolazepam tidak memasuki stadium anestesi. Perhitungan Laju respirasi dan laju denyut jantung kombinasi Tiletamine-Zolazepam lebih stabil dibandingkan dengan kombinasi Ketamine-Diazepam.
English Abstract
The combination of Tiletamine-Zolazepam and the combination of Ketamine-Diazepam produces a transquillizer effect, fast induction time, good muscle relaxation and smooth recovery. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of the duration (onset and effect of anesthesia) of the combination of Ketamine-Diazepam and Tiletamine-Zolazepam as well as to physiological parameters in lovebird. There are 2 treatment groups of Lovebird animals which contain 9 birds each group, based on the Frederer formula. The first group was injected with a combination of 30 mg/KgBB of Ketamine and 2 mg/Kg BW of diazepam. The second group was injected with a dose Tiletamine-Zolazepam 50 mg/Kg. The onset and duration of the drug were calculated, and the pedal reflex, respiration rate, and heart rate were observed every 5 minutes until the bird became conscious. Research data of respiration rate, heart rate, drug onset, and duration of the drug were tested using the normality method and the test using the T-independent test. Combination of Ketamine-Diazepam and combination of Tiletamine-Zolazepam did not reach the anesthetic stage. Calculation of respiration rate and heart rate combination of Tiletamine-Zolazepam is more stable than the combination of Ketamine-Diazepam.
