Abstract

Keluhan muskuloskeletal disorders (MSDs) adalah keluhan pada bagianbagian otot skeletal yang dirasakan oleh seseorang mulai dari keluhan sangat ringan sampai sangat sakit. Gangguan musculoskeletal merupakan masalah kesehatan yang terkait dengan alat gerak tubuh manusia, yang meliputi otot, tendon, tulang, kerangka, ligament, dan saraf. Beberapa faktor penyebab keluhan diantaranya prosedur kerja, peralatan, dan lingkungan. Masalah muskuloskeletal pada pekerja pada umumnya dimulai pada usia dewasa muda dengan puncak prevalensi pada kelompok usia 25-60 tahun keatas, berpotensi menimbulkan suatu masalah, salah satunya adalah risiko terjadinya musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor pekerjaan terhadap risiko terjadinya musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) pada penambang pasir di Tempursari Kabupaten Lumajang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling dengan total jumlah 64 orang responden menggunakan metode observasional analitik yang berlokasi di pertambangan pasir di Tempursari Kabupaten Lumajang. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner faktor pekerjaan dan Nordic Body Map (NBM). Dari hasil analisis, 54,7% responden faktor pekerjaan dalam kategori berat. Hasil analisis untuk risiko terjadinya musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) 56,3% responden memiliki risiko terjadinya musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian didapatkan adanya hubungan faktor pekerjaan terhadap risiko terjadinya musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) pada penambang pasir di Tempursari Kabupaten Lumajang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, disarankan pekerja pertambangan pasir lebih memperhatikan efisiensi bekerja dan bagaimana cara menjalankan tugasnya dengan benar sebagai penambang pasir serta meningkatkan kesehatan fisik secara keseluruhan.

English Abstract

Complaints of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are complaints in the parts of the skeletal muscles that are felt by a person ranging from very mild complaints to very sick. Musculoskeletal disorders are health problems associated with the human body, which includes muscles, tendons, bones, skeleton, ligaments, and nerves. Several factors that cause complaints include work procedures, equipment, and the environment. Musculoskeletal problems in workers generally begin at the age of young adults with a peak prevalence in the age group of 25-60 years and above, potentially causing a problem, one of which is the risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). This study aims to analyze the relationship of occupational factors to the risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) in sand miners in Tempursari, Lumajang Regency. This study is a quantitative study with a total sampling of 64 respondents using an analytical observational method located in a sand mine in Tempursari, Lumajang Regency. Collecting research data using a questionnaire occupational factors and Nordic Body Map (NBM). From the results of the analysis, 54.7% of respondents work in the heavy category. The results of the analysis for the risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) 56.3% of respondents have a risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). The research data analysis technique used the correlation test Spearman Rank. The results showed that there was a correlation between occupational factors and the risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) in sand miners in Tempursari, Lumajang Regency. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that sand mining workers pay more attention to work efficiency and how to properly carry out their duties as sand miners and improve their overall physical health.
