Abstract

Kambing kacang adalah salah satu kambing dengan ras unggul penghasil daging dan susu juga menghasilkan feses, jika tidak di manfaatkan dengan baik dapat menimbulkaan pencemaran lingkungan . Pengolahan feses kambing menjadi kompos merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan produksi tanaman sawi (Brassica juncea L). Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pemberian kompos kambing Kacang pada media tanam terhadap Tinggi, Jumlah daun dan Berat basah pada tanaman Sawi. Penelitian dilakukan pada 1 Maret 2021 sampai 21 Mei 2021 di dukuh Babadan Rt/Rw 04/24 Kecamatan Takeran Kabupaten Magetan. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 40 Tanaman sawi, tanah top soil 65 kg, kompos feses kambing 40 kg. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan perlakuan P0, P1, P2 dan P3. Variabel yang di ukur tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun dan berat basah tanaman sawi. Data dianalisis menggunakan Analysis Of Varians (ANOVA), jika ada perbedaan pengaruh akan dilanjutkan dengan Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kandang memberikan pengaruh nyata (P<0,01) terhadap tinggi, jumlah daun dan berat basah tanaman sawi. Dengan nilai terbaik tinggi tanaman P3 (23,68 ± 2,2 c), jumlah daun P3 (14± 2 c) dan berat basah P3 (4,74 ± 0,2 c). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pupuk kandang dapat membantu pertumbuhan tinggi, jumlah daun dan berat basah tanaman sawi. Perlakuan terbaik pada P3 dengan dosis (25% Tanah+75% kompos).

English Abstract

Peanut goat is one of the goats with superior breeds producing meat and milk and also produces feces, if not used properly it can cause environmental pollution. Processing goat feces into compost is an alternative to increase the production of mustard (Brassica juncea L). The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of the level of composting of Kacang goat on the planting medium on the height, number of leaves and wet weight of mustard plants. The study was conducted from March 1, 2021 to May 21, 2021 in Babadan hamlet Rt/Rw 04/24, Takeran District, Magetan Regency. The material used in this study was 40 mustard plants, 65 kg of top soil, 40 kg of goat feces compost. This research method used a completely randomized design (CRD) with P0, P1, P2 and P3 treatments. The variables measured were plant height, number of leaves and wet weight of mustard plants. Data were analyzed using Analysis Of Variance (ANOVA), if there is a difference in effect, it will be continued with Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results showed that the application of manure had a significant effect (P<0.01) on the height, number of leaves and wet weight of mustard plants. With the best value of plant height P3 (23.68 ± 2.2 c), number of leaves P3 (14 ± 2 c) and wet weight of P3 (4.74 ± 0.2 c). It can be concluded that manure can help the growth of height, number of leaves and wet weight of mustard plants. The best treatment in P3 with a dose (25% Soil + 75% compost).
