Abstract
Ikan lempuk (Gobiopterus sp.) merupakan ikan endemik yang menjadi ciri khas di Ranu Grati. Ikan lempuk termasuk dalam famili Gobiidae dari kelas Actinopterygii dan ordo Perciformes. Pemanfaatan ikan lempuk (Gobiopterus sp.) di Ranu Grati sangat marak dilakukan tetapi masih bergantung pada penangkapan dari alam. Aktifitas penangkapan yang terkonsentrasi pada suatu daerah dapat mengakibatkan menurunya produktifitas dan kerusakan lingkungan. Guna memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap ikan lempuk (Gobiopterus sp.), perlu dilakukan pengembangan terhadap pemanfaatannya. Induk ikan yang berkualitas menjadi salah satu faktor keberhasilan dalam budidaya. Salah satu aspek reproduksi yang perlu dikaji adalah tingkat kematangan gonad ikan lempuk. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kematangan gonad adalah suhu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Budidaya Ikan Divisi Reproduksi Ikan, Fakultas Perikanan dan Ilmu Kelautan, Universitas Brawijaya, Malang dan Laboratorium Patologi Anatomi Kessima Medika, Malang pada bulan Februari hingga bulan April 2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode eksperimental dengan rancangan percobaan menggunakan RAL sebanyak 5 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Adapun parameter yang diamati yaitu Tingkat Kematangan Gonad (TKG), Indeks Kematangan Gonad (IKG), Survival Rate (SR) dan Kualitas air meliputi pH dan DO. Hasil dari penelitian yang didapat yaitu pada Tingkat Kematangan Gonad (TKG) lempuk jantan yaitu diperoleh TKG 1 pada perlakuan A1, A2, B2, C3, D1, D2, D3, E1, E2, dan E3, sedangkan TKG 2 didapatkan pada perlakuan A3, B1, B3, C1, dan C2. Hasil TKG lempuk betina yaitu TKG 1 pada perlakuan A1, A2, B1, C2, D2, E1, dan E3, sedangkan TKG 2 didapatkan pada perlakuan A2, B2, B3, C1, C3, D1, D3, dan E2. Hasil yang terbaik pada TKG yaitu pada perlakuan B (28˚C) dan perlakuan C (30˚C) dimana masing-masing perlakuan mendapat tingkat kematangan gonad TKG 2 terbanyak disetiap ulangan baik jantan maupun betina. Hasil Indeks Kematangan Gonad (IKG) lempuk jantan diperoleh hasil rerata tertinggi pada perlakuan C (30˚C) yaitu sebesar 1,87% dan terendah pada perlakuan D (32˚C) sebesar 1,25%, sedangkan pada IKG lempuk betina diperoleh hasil tertinggi yaitu pada perlakuan B (28˚C) sebesar 1,93% dan terendah perlakuan E (34˚C) sebesar 1,43%. Hasil nilai Survival Rate (SR) diperoleh nilai rerata tertinggi pada perlakuan B (28˚C) yaitu sebesar 71,11% dan terendah pada perlakuan E (34˚C) sebesar 37,78%. Stimulasi suhu yang berbeda tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil TKG, namun stimulasi suhu yang berbeda memberikan pengaruh pada nilai IKG dan Survival Rate (SR).
English Abstract
The Gobiopterus is an endemic fish that characterizes Ranu Grati. The Gobiopterus belongs to the Gobiidae family of the Actinopterygii class and the order Perciformes. Utilization of Gobiopterus in Ranu Grati is very widespread. Utilization of these fish still depends on catching from nature. Fishing activities that are concentrated in an area can result in decreased productivity and environmental damage. In order to meet the community's need for Gobiopterus, it is necessary to develop its utilization. Parent fish quality is one of the success factors in aquaculture. One aspect of reproduction that needs to be studied more deeply is the level of gonad maturity of this Gobiopterus. One of the factors that affect the level of gonad maturity is temperature. Temperature is one of the physical parameters that determine water quality. Temperature is very important for the survival of aquatic organisms. This research was carried out at the Fish Cultivation Laboratory, Fish Reproduction Division, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Brawijaya University, Malang and Kessima Medika Anatomical Pathology Laboratory, Malang. This research was conducted from February to April 2021. The method used in this study is an experimental method with an experimental design using RAL with 5 treatments and 3 replications. The parameters observed were Gonad Maturity Level (TKG), Gonad Maturity Index (IKG), Survival Rate (SR) and air quality including pH and DO. The results of the research obtained are the Gonad Maturity Level (TKG) of male lempuk, which is obtained TKG 1 in treatment A1, A2, B2, C3, D1, D2, D3, E1, E2, and E3, while TKG 2 is obtained in treatment A3, B1, B3, C1, and C2. The results of the female lempuk TKG were TKG 1 in treatments A1, A2, B1, C2, D2, E1, and E3, while TKG 2 was obtained in treatments A2, B2, B3, C1, C3, D1, D3, and E2. The best results on TKG were in treatment B (28˚C) and treatment C (30˚C) where each treatment got the highest level of TKG 2 gonad maturity in each replication, both male and female. The results of the Gonad Maturity Index (IKG) of male lempuk obtained the highest mean results in treatment C (30˚C) which was 1.87% and the lowest in treatment D (32˚C) of 1.25%, while the female lempuk IKG obtained the results the highest was in treatment B (28˚C) of 1.93% and the lowest was treatment E (34˚C) of 1.43%. The results of the Survival Rate (SR) value obtained that the highest average value was in treatment B (28˚C) which was 71.11% and the lowest was in treatment E (34˚C) of 37.78%. Different temperature stimulation did not have a significant effect on the TKG results, but different temperature stimulation had an effect on the IKG value and Survival Rate (SR).
