Abstract
Perkebunan kopi merupakan salah satu sektor penunjang perekonomian di Kabupaten Malang. Khususnya berada di Kecamatan Ampelgading, Sumbermanjing, Tirtoyudo, dan Dampit, Malang yang merupakan salah satu sentral perkebunan kopi di Kabupaten Malang. Salah satu jenis kopi yang banyak diproduksi di desa ini adalah kopi robusta. Namun terdapat beberapa masalah pada petani kopi yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan petani kopi dalam proses produksi dan terbatasnya fasilitas produksi membuat produktivitas tanaman kopi masi sangat rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi kopi arabika pada Kecamatan Ampelgading, Sumbermanjing, Tirtoyudo, dan Dampit, Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linear berganda. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 83 pemilik lahan kopi di Kecamatan Ampelgading, Sumbermanjing, Tirtoyudo, dan Dampit, Malang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Luas Lahan, Tenaga Kerja, dan Hasil Produksi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Hasil Produks
English Abstract
Coffee plantations are one of the supporting sectors for the economy in Malang Regency. Especially in the Districts of Ampelgading, Sumbermanjing, Tirtoyudo, and Dampit, Malang which is one of the central coffee plantations in Malang Regency. One type of coffee that is widely produced in this village is Robusta coffee. However, there are several problems with coffee farmers, namely the lack of knowledge of coffee farmers in the production process and limited production facilities, making the productivity of coffee plants still very low. This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence the production of Arabica coffee in Ampelgading, Sumbermanjing, Tirtoyudo, and Dampit Districts, Malang. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression method. The sample of this research is 83 coffee land owners in Ampelgading, Sumbermanjing, Tirtoyudo, and Dampit Districts, Malang. The results showed that the area of land, labor, and production results had a significant and positive effect on production results.
