Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis serta menjelaskan keterkaitan hubungan antara gaya hidup di masa pandemi sebagai mediasi pengaruh pengetahuan atas pengenaan PPN PMSE terhadap minat beli produk perdagangan melalui sistem elektronik. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pengguna produk perdagangan melalui sistem elektronik yang melakukan pembelian atas fitur premium selama masa pandemi di Kota Jakarta Selatan. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 sample dengan metode non-proability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam pengujian instrumen penelitian menggunakan software SmartPLS melalui tahapan analisis outer model, inner model, pengujian hipotesis secara langsung menggunakan uji-t, dan pengujian tidak langsung menggunakan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan atas pengenaan PPN PMSE tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli produk perdagangan melalui sistem elektronik di masa pandemi, pengetahuan atas pengenaan PPN PMSE berpengaruh negatif terhadap gaya hidup di masa pandemi, dan gaya hidup di masa pandemi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli produk perdagangan melalui sistem elektronik. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup dapat memediasi pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap pengenaan PPN PMSE tehadap minat beli.

English Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the relationship between lifestyles during the pandemic as a mediation of the influence of knowledge on the imposition of digital VAT on purchase intention of trading products through electronic systems. This research sample are user of trading products through electronic systems who made purchases of premium features during the pandemic in South Jakarta. This type of research is descriptive research with quantitative approach and expanlanatory reserach. This study use 100 samples with non-proability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in research instrument testing using SmartPLS software through outer model analysis stages, inner models, hypothesis testing directly using t-test, and indirect testing using sobel test. The results showed that knowledge of the imposition of digital VAT had no effect on the interest in buying digital products during the pandemic, knowledge of the imposition of digital VAT negatively affect lifestyle in the pandemic, and lifestyle in the pandemic positively influenced the interest in buying digital products. The results also showed that lifestyle can mediate the influence of knowledge on the imposition of digital VAT on buying interest.
