Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan, Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, dan Working Capital terhadap dividen sektor food and beverage di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2011-2019. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kausal komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2011-2019 yang berjumlah 17 perusahaan. Berdasarkan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling didapatkan sampel sebanyak 8 perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dari laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan di website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu www.idx.co.id. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Struktur Modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Dividen, dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 12,141 dan nilai signifikansi 0,037<0,05; (2) Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Dividen, dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 147,179 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05; (3) Likuiditas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Dividen, dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,018 dan nilai signifikansi 0,028<0,05; (4) Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Dividen, dengan koefisien regresi sebesar -16,369 dan nilai signifikansi 0,007<0,05; (5) Working Capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Dividen, dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,811 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05; (6) Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan, Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, dan Working Capital berpengaruh terhadap Dividen dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan nilai R2 sebesar 96%.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, company size, liquidity, profitability, and working capital on dividends in the food and beverage sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2011-2019 period. This research is a type of comparative causal research. The population in this study were 17 companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2011-2019 period. Based on the sampling technique with purposive sampling, a sample of 8 companies was obtained. Data collection techniques use documentation from financial reports published on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co.id. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Capital structure has a significant effect on dividends, with a regression coefficient of 12.141 and a significance value of 0.037 <0.05; (2) Company size has a significant effect on dividends, with a regression coefficient of 147.179 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05; (3) Liquidity has a significant effect on dividends, with a regression coefficient of 0.018 and a significance value of 0.028 <0.05; (4) Profitability has a significant effect on dividends, with a regression coefficient of -16.369 and a significance value of 0.007 <0.05; (5) Working Capital has a significant effect on dividends, with a regression coefficient of 0.811 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05; (6) Capital Structure, Company Size, Liquidity, Profitability, and Working Capital have an effect on dividends with a significance value of 0.000 and R2 value of 96%.
