Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh free cash flow (FCF), working capital (WC) dan financial constraints (FC) terhadap nilai perusahaan. Objek penelitian yang digunakan adalah perusahaan perhotelan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2014-2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan berbagai kriteria sehingga menghasilkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 7 perusahaan perhotelan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel working capital dan financial constraints berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel free cash flow tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of free cash flow, working capital, and financial constraints on firm value. The research object used the hotel companies registered in IDX period 2014-2018. This research used purposive sampling with some criteria to select the sample and found 7 hotel companies became the sample of this research. The technical analysis used a multiple linear regression test. This research found that working capital and financial constraints have a significant effect on firm value. Free cash flow has no significant effect on firm value
