Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beberapa faktor yang dipilih dengan asumsi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah membuka rekening bank syariah. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah bagi hasil, pelayanan, promosi, hadiah, religiusitas, dan lokasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi logistic biner. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan sumber dari kuesioner yang dibagikan pada pegawai negeri sipil pemerintah Kota Batu. Temuan yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini yaitu bagi hasil, pelayanan, promosi, hadiah, religiusitas, dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan membuka rekening bank syariah

English Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of several selected factors with the assumption that they influence the customer's decision to open an Islamic bank account. These factors are profit sharing, service, promotion, gifts, religiosity, and location. This study uses a quantitative approach with binary logistic regression analysis method. The type of data used is primary data with the source of the questionnaire distributed to civil servants of the Batu City government. The findings of this study are profit sharing, service, promotion, gifts, religiosity, and location have a significant effect on the decision to open a sharia bank account.
