Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh tekanan, peluang, rasionalisasi, sikap terhadap perilaku, norma subyektif, dan kontrol perilaku persepsian terhadap niat melakukan fraud. Penelitian ini juga menguji pengaruh niat melakukan fraud terhadap perilaku fraud dengan religiusitas sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pemerintah Desa Kabupaten Malang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode probability sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebarkan 191 lembar kuesioner kepada responden yang menjabat sebagai kepala desa atau sekretaris desa pada Pemerintah Desa Kabupaten Malang yang terpilih menjadi sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui program smartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peluang, sikap terhadap perilaku, dan norma subyektif berpengaruh positif terhadap niat melakukan fraud. Sedangkan tekanan, rasionalisasi, dan kontrol perilaku persepsian tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat melakukan fraud. Hasil penelitian menunjukan juga bahwa niat melakukan fraud berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku fraud. Sedangkan Religiusitas tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh niat melakukan fraud terhadap perilaku fraud.
English Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of pressure, opportunity, rationalization, attitude towards behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on intention to commit fraud. This study also examines the effect of intention to commit fraud on fraud behavior by religiosity as the moderating variable. This research was conducted at the Village Government of Malang Regency. The sampling method uses probability sampling method. The data in this study was obtained by distributing 191 questionnaires to respondents who served as village heads or village secretaries in the Village Government of Malang Regency. The analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the smartPLS program. The results show that opportunity, attitude toward behavior, and subjective norms has a positive effect on intention to commit fraud. Meanwhile, pressure, rationalization, and perceived behavioral control does not affect the intention to commit fraud. The results also show that the intention to commit fraud has a positive effect on fraud behavior. Meanwhile, Religiosity does not moderated the effect of intention to commit fraud on fraud behavior.
