Abstract
Latar Belakang: Perawat memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan tanpa terlewat/ missed nursing care. Kejadian missed nursing care dapat mengakibatkan permasalahan yang dapat menurunkan kualitas kepuasan pasien. Kualitas ini dapat dipertahankan dengan kerja tim yang efektif. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kerja tim dengan missed nursing care dalam perawatan pasien di rumah sakit. Metode: Penelitian Cross-sectional ini dilakukan secara online kepada 93 perawat Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara H. S. Samsoeri Mertojoso Surabaya. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner MIISSCARE survey untuk mengukur kejadian missed nursing care dan nursing teamwork survey (NTS) untuk mengukur kerja tim. Teknik sampling yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling dengan pendekatan consecutive sampling. Data dianalis melalui statistik deskriptif dan uji Spearman’s-Rho dengan alpha < 0,05. Hasil: mean missed nursing care 1.33 , mean kerja tim 4.61, dan uji korelasi menunjukkan nilai p value = 0,000 r = - 0,548. Kesimpulan: missed nursing care rendah, kerja tim tinggi, dan terdapat hubungan negatif antara kerja tim dengan missed nursing care. Kerja tim yang lebih efektif, semakin sedikit kejadian missed nursing care.
English Abstract
Background: Nurse has an important role in providing nursing care without missing/ missed nursing care. Missed nursing care can cause problems that reduce the quality of patient satisfaction. This quality can be maintained by effective teamwork. Objective: to determine the relationship between teamwork and missed nursing care in patient care at the hospital. Methods: this crosssectional study was condacted online to 93 nurses at Bhayangkara H. S. Samsoeri Mertojoso Hospital in Surabaya. The self-report data were collected using the MISSCARE survey questionnaire to measure the incidence of missed nursing care and nursing teamwork survey (NTS) to measure teamwork. The sampling technique used in this study is nonprobability sampling with a consecutive sampling. The data were analyzed though Spearman’s-Rho test with alpha < 0,05. Result: mean missed nursing care 1.33 , mean teamwork 4.61, and corelation test showed p value= 0,000 r= -0,548. Conclusion: missed nursing care is low, teamwork is high, and there negative relationship were shown between teamwork and missed nursing care. The more effective teamwork, the less missed nursing care.
