Abstract
Analgesik dapat diperoleh melalui apotik online baik dengan resep maupun tanpa resep. BPOM mengeluarkan peraturan Nomor 8 Tahun 2020 guna mengurangi dampak negatif yang merugikan konsumen. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelayanan obat analgesik pada situs penjualan online di Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan observasional deskriptif dengan mesin pencari Google™ dengan memasukkan 12 kata kunci. Metode penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling serta diperoleh 12 situs apotik online yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi yang telah ditentukan. Analisis lembar pengumpul data dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan data yang ditampilkan dalam tabel, persentase, dan narasi yang mudah dipahami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 12 situs (100%) mencantumkan informasi obat, 11 situs (91,7%) tidak menjual obat narkotika/psikotropika, 10 situs (83,3%) memiliki fungsi pengunggahan resep, 4 situs (33,3%) melakukan kewajiban penyerahan resep, 5 situs (41,7%) memiliki fitur pelaporan, 9 situs (75%) memiliki fungsi komunikasi dengan apoteker, 1 situs (8,3%) mencantumkan SIPA, 8 situs (66,7%) mencantumkan lokasi apotik, 10 situs (100%) memiliki harga ≥HET, kemudian 9 situs (75%) mencantumkan berbagai cara pengiriman obat ke rumah pasien. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa persentase tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 49,16% berdasarkan PerBPOM Nomor 8 2020 pada gambaran profil pelayanan obat analgesik pada situs penjualan online di Indonesia dan juga diperlukan petunjuk teknis yang lebih mudah dipahami oleh apoteker dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian secara online.
English Abstract
Analgesics are obtained through online pharmacies either by prescription or without prescription. BPOM issued regulation No. 8 2020 to decrease negative impacts that was deserved consumers. This study aims to determine description of analgesic drug services via online sale sites in Indonesia. The study used a descriptive observational by online approach-based using Google™ search engine by entering 12 keywords. The sampling method in this study was total sampling and obtained by 12 online pharmacy sites with predetermined inclusion criteria. The analysis of the data collection sheet was carried out descriptively with data displayed in tables, percentages, and narratives which were easily understood. The results showed 12 sites (100%) included drug information, 11 sites (91.7%) did not sell narcotics/psychotropic drugs, 10 sites (83.3%) had a prescription upload function, 4 sites (33.3%) did mandatory prescription submission, 5 sites (41.7%) had reporting features, 9 sites (75%) had a communication function with pharmacists, 1 site (8.3%) listed SIPA, 8 sites (66.7%) listed pharmacy locations , 10 sites (100%) had HET prices, then 9 sites (75%) listed various ways of delivering drugs to patients' homes. From these results, it can be obtained that the percentage increase is 40.91% based on BPOM Number 8 2020 on description of profile of analgesic drug services on online sales sites in Indonesia and also required technical instructions that are easier to understand by pharmacists in conducting online pharmaceutical service
