Abstract
Kemajuan teknologi dan informasi mendorong berkembangnya layanan apotek online. Layanan ini merupakan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang dapat dilakukan apoteker, dimana dapat menimbulkan persepsi dan sikap yang berbeda dalam keterlibatan apoteker didalamnya. Banyak penelitian yang berfokus pada aspek persepsi atau sikap apoteker saja dalam layanan farmasi online. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui hubungan persepsi dan sikap apoteker dalam layanan kefarmasian online menggunakan rancangan observasional dengan metode cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah apoteker yang bekerja di apotek wilayah Malang Raya, mengetahui terkait apotek online dengan SIPA yang masih aktif serta bersedia menjadi responden. Responden sebanyak 105 apoteker diukur persepsi dan sikap lewat kuesioner online yang sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Persepsi diinterpretasikan lewat nilai median sedangkan sikap menggunakan skor-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, responden memiliki persepsi positif (44%) dan negatif (56%) serta sikap positif (37%) dan negatif (63%). Uji korelasi antar variabel persepsi dan sikap apoteker dengan metode spearman rho menghasilkan nilai signifikansi 0.000 antar varibel dalam tingkat hubungan variabel yang sedang terhadap layanan kefarmasian online. Hubungan antar variabel setelah dianalisis juga memiliki nilai positif (berjalan searah). Kesimpulan penelitian adalah apoteker wilayah Malang Raya, memiliki pandangan yang negatif dan sikap tidak mendukung terhadap pelayanan perbekalan kefarmasian secara online, dimana persepsi dan sikap berhubungan secara signifikan dan berjalan searah. Sehingga data penelitian dapat menjadi perhatian khusus bagi apoteker dalam peningkatan pelayanan perbekalan kefarmasian online, dimana didalamnya perlu dilakukan pelatihan kerja yang lebih spesifik terkait penggambaran teknis pelayanan apotek online, misalnya dalam pelayanan resep.
English Abstract
Advances in technology and information are driving the development of online pharmacy services. This pharmaceutical work that can be done by pharmacists, can cause different perceptions and attitudes in the involvement of pharmacists in it. Many studies focus on aspects of pharmacist perception or attitude alone in online pharmacy services. This study purpose was to know the relationship of perception and attitude of pharmacists in online pharmaceutical services using observational design with cross sectional method. The sample is pharmacist who works in pharmacies in Malang Raya, knowing about online pharmacies with SIPA that are still active and willing to be respondents. 105 Respondents pharmacists measured perception and attitude through online questionnaires that have been tested validity and reliability. Perception is interpreted through the median value while the attitude uses a t-score. The results showed that respondents had a perception to positive (44%) and negative (56%) and attitude to be positive (37%) and negative (63%). The correlation test between to two variable with spearman rho method produced a significance value of 0.000 between variables in the level of moderate variable relationship to online pharmaceutical services. The relationship between variables also has a positive value. The conclusion is pharmacists malang Raya area, have a negative view and not supportive towards pharmaceutical supplies services online, where perceptions and attitudes are significantly related. So that research data can be a special concern for pharmacists in improving online pharmaceutical works, which it‘s necessary to conduct more specific job training related to the technical depiction of online pharmacy services, like prescription services.
