Abstract

PR Trubus Alami Malang terletak di Desa Sidorejo, Kecamatan Pagelaran, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. PR Trubus Alami Malang merupakan cabang dari PR Trubus Alami Tulungagung, Jawa Timur. Perusahaan ini merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam Industri Hasil Tembakau (IHT) khususnya produksi rokok atau sigaret kretek tangan (SKT). Jenis produk yang dihasilkan pada PR Trubus Alami Malang adalah rokok Trubus Alami Tulungagung. Pada tahun 2019, target pendapatan dan produksi yang telah ditentukkan sebelumnya tidak mencapai target, serta jumlah komplain yang masuk dan rata-rata karyawan yang izin masih tergolong tinggi. Pada PR Trubus Alami Malang pengukuran kinerja yang dilakukan belum menyeluruh untuk mengevaluasi kinerja peruusahaan. Evaluasi yang dilakukan selama ini hanya mempertimbangkan aspek finansial saja, evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan laporan keuangan aspek profitabilitas dengan mempertimbangkan biaya-biaya yang terkait seperti biaya bahan baku, biaya pekerja, dan biaya pendukung. Oleh karena itu, diperlukannya sebuah pengukuran kinerja secara menyeluruh pada PR Trubus Alami Malang. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja perusahaan dari PR Trubus Alami Malang adalah metode Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Pada Balanced Scorecard visi dan misi pada perusahaan akan diterjemahkan kedalam sistem pengukuran kinerja yang mempunyai empat perspektif, yaitu financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, dan learning and growth perspective. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan identifikasi strategy objectives, pembuatan strategy map, identifikasi key performance indicator (KPI), pembobotan antar perspektif, strategy objectives, KPI dengan menggunakan metode AHP, perhitungan skor pencapaian kinerja dengan menggunakan metode objective matrix (OMAX) dan traffic light system (TLS), serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan pada KPI yang teridentifikasi ke dalam kategori merah dan kuning. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini pengukuran kinerja PR Trubus Alami Malang pada tahun 2019 menunjukkan nilai current performance indicator sebesar 6,3468 dan termasuk kedalam kategori kuning yang berarti dapat disimpulkan bahwa PR Trubus Alami Malang memiliki kinerja yang cukup baik. Meskipun, terdapat beberapa aspek kinerja yang masih perlu diperhatikan untuk dilakukan perbaikan kedepannya. Dari total keseluruhan terdapat 19 KPI yang digunakan dalam pengukuran kinerja, dengan 10 KPI berada pada kategori hijau, 6 KPI berada pada kategori kuning, dan 3 KPI berada pada kategori merah. Untuk KPI dengan kategori merah dan kuning, selanjutnya dilakukan analisis akar penyebab masalah dengan menggunakan metode root cause abalysis (RCA). Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi masalah dengan menggunakan metode RCA didapatkan 9 rekomendasi perbaikan yang dapat diberikan dari hasil pengukuran kinerja yang telah dilakukan

English Abstract

PR Trubus Alami Malang is located in Sidorejo Village, Pagelaran District, Malang Regency, East Java. PR Trubus Alami Malang is a branch of PR Trubus Alami Tulungagung, East Java. This company is a company engaged in the Tobacco Products Industry (IHT), especially the production of cigarettes or hand kretek cigarettes (SKT). The type of product produced at PR Trubus Alami Malang is Trubus Alami Tulungagung cigarettes. In 2019, income and production targets did not reach the target, as well as the number of complaints and the average number of employees who were absence were still relatively high. In PR Trubus Alami Malang, the performance measurement has not been comprehensive to evaluate the company's performance. The evaluation only considers the financial aspect, the evaluation is based on the profitability aspect of the financial report by considering related costs such as raw material costs, labor costs, and support costs. Therefore, a comprehensive performance measurement is needed at PR Trubus Alami Malang. In this research, the method used to measure the company's performance from PR Trubus Alami Malang is the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method. In the Balanced Scorecard the vision and mission of the company will be translated into a performance measurement system that has four perspectives: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. This research carried out, identification of strategy objectives, making a strategy map, identification of key performance indicators (KPI), weighting between perspectives, strategy objectives, and KPIs using the AHP method, calculating performance achievement scores using the objective matrix (OMAX) method and traffic light system (TLS), and providing recommendations for improvement on KPIs that are indentified in the red and yellow categories. Based on the results of this research, the performance measurement of PR Trubus Alami Malang in 2019 showed a current performance indicator value of 6,3468 and was included in the yellow category, which means it can be concluded that PR Trubus Alami Malang has a fairly good performance. However, there are several aspects of performance that still need to be considered for future improvements. From a total of 19 KPIs used in performance measurement, with 10 KPIs in the green category, 6 KPIs in the yellow category, and 3 KPIs in the red category. For KPIs with red and yellow categories, then the root cause analysis is carried out using the root cause abalysis (RCA) method. Based on the results of problem identification using the RCA method, 9 recommendations for improvement can be obtained from the results of performance measurements that have been carried out.
