Abstract
Beberapa tahun ini, sedang banyak pembangunan apartemen-apartemen baru di Jakarta karena terus meningkatnya minat masyarakat terhadap apartemen Selain harga yang terjangkau dan lokasi yang strategis, fasilitas pada apartemen seperti taman dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup penghuni sehingga menjadi salah satu alasan mengapa apartemen sedang diminati. Psikolog berpendapat bahwa keindahan suatu lansekap dapat diobservasi dari berbagai sudut pandang seperti emosi apa yang dirasakan, apa saja yang bisa dilakukan atau difungsikan, keunikan lansekap itu sendiri, dan pengalaman apa yang dapat diberikan. Meskipun penting, sayangnya masih banyak apartemen di Jakarta yang terkesan belum optimal terkait penataan fasilitas tamannya. Fasilitas taman dari Apartemen Bassura City menjadi objek yang dikaji karena meskipun sarana terlihat lengkap, sarana-sarana tersebut tidak seluruhnya digunakan dan terkesan tidak dioptimalkan bagi penghuni. Hal ini dapat berkesan buruk bagi masyarakat yang berminat terhadap apartemen ini. Metode utama yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan metode kuantitatif, yaitu metode Scenic Beauty Estimation (SBE) dengan mengevaluasi elemen-elemen pembentuk lansekap pada taman, yaitu pavement, site structure, vegetasi, air, dan bangunan. Namun dalam tahapannya, dilakukan penelitian AVQ Index sebelum melakukan penelitian SBE dan informasi-informasi terkait didukung dengan penelitian kualitatif. Elemen pavement dianggap cukup indah dengan irama yang terbentuk mendefinisikan fungsi area tertentu namun perlu diperhatikan elemen-elemen lain untuk tidak menghalangi sirkulasi. Elemen site structure dianggap cukup indah dengan integrasi yang baik antara elemen itu sendiri dengan elemen-elemen di sekitarnya namun beberapa gazebo perlu diperhatikan bentuk dan elemen lain sekitarnya untuk menjaga elemen site structure tetap terkesan alami. Elemen vegetasi dianggap indah karena keberagaman vegetasi tidak hanya menarik secara estetika namun berfungsi sebagai pembentuk ruang namun perlu diperhatikan keberagaman vegetasi harus diaplikasikan secara merata dan tidak hanya pada beberapa titik saja. Elemen air dianggap indah karena telah menunjukkan karakteristik khas dari air yang menciptakan kesan tenang serta integrasi yang baik dengan elemen- elemen lain di sekitarnya. Elemen bangunan sudah dianggap cukup indah saat aspek massif bangunan terlihat berintegrasi dengan taman di depannya namun perlu diperhatikan saat dilihat dari dekat, bangunan tidak terlihat menarik meskipun telah dipadukan dengan elemen vegetasi
English Abstract
In recent years, there have been many new apartment developments in Jakarta due to the increasing public interest in apartments. Apart from affordable prices and strategic locations, apartment facilities such as gardens can improve the quality of life of residents, which is one of the reasons why apartments are in demand. Psychologists argue that the beauty of a landscape can be observed from various points of view such as what emotions are felt, what can be done or functioned, the uniqueness of the landscape itself, and what experiences can be provided. Although important, unfortunately there are still many apartments in Jakarta that seem not optimal regarding the arrangement of garden facilities. The garden facilities of the Bassura City Apartment became the object of study because even though the facilities looked complete, they were not fully used and seemed not optimized for residents. This can have a bad impression on people who are interested in this apartment. The main method used in this study is a quantitative method, namely the Scenic Beauty Estimation (SBE) method by evaluating the elements that make up the landscape in the park, namely pavement, site structure, vegetation, water, and buildings. However, in this stage, the AVQ Index research was conducted before conducting the SBE research and related information was supported by qualitative research. The pavement element is considered quite beautiful with the rhythm that is formed to define the function of a certain area, but other elements need to be considered so as not to block circulation. The site structure element is considered quite beautiful with good integration between the element itself and the surrounding elements, but some gazebos need attention to the shape and other surrounding elements to keep the site structure elements natural. Vegetation elements are considered beautiful because the diversity of vegetation is not only aesthetically attractive but serves as a space- former. The water element is considered beautiful because it has shown the distinctive characteristic of water which creates the impression of calm and good integration with other elements around it. Elements of the building are considered quite beautiful when the massive aspect of the building is seen to be integrated with the garden in front of it, but it should be noted that when viewed up close, the building does not look attractive even though it has been combined with vegetation elements
