Abstract
Angka kejadian COVID-19 masih terus meningkat dan masyarakat dihimbau untuk mempraktikkan tindakan pencegahan berupa protokol kesehatan. Persepsi mengenai risiko kesehatan masyarakat berperan dalam praktik tindakan pencegahan karena perawatan dan sumber daya yang tersedia masih terbatas. Tujuan utama: mengetahui hubungan persepsi mengenai risiko tertular COVID-19 terhadap praktik tindakan pencegahan COVID-19 di Desa Kepuharjo Kecamatan Karangploso Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan melibatkan 163 responden yang merupakan masyarakat Desa Kepuharjo Kecamatan Karangploso Kabupaten Malang. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan, yaitu tingkat persepsi mengenai risiko tertular COVID-19 adalah tinggi dan tingkat praktik tindakan pencegahan COVID-19 adalah tinggi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan adanya hubungan antara persepsi mengenai risiko tertular COVID-19 dengan praktik tindakan pencegahan COVID-19 (p-value=0,003, α=0,05). Hasil uji rank spearman menunjukkan hubungan yang positif yang artinya semakin tinggi persepsi mengenai risiko tertular COVID-19, maka tindakan pencegahan COVID19 akan semakin tinggi, kekuatan hubungan termasuk kedalam hubungan yang kuat (r=0,23). Disimpulkan dari hasil penelitian ini, yaitu tingkat persepsi mengenai risiko tertular COVID-19 pada warga Desa Kepuharjo sebagian besar adalah tinggi dan tingkat praktik tindakan pencegahan COVID-19 warga Desa Kepuharjo sebagian besar adalah tinggi. Disarankan pada masyarakat untuk mencegah penularan COVID-19 dengan selalu mempraktikkan tindakan pencegahan COVID19 dengan tepat.
English Abstract
COVID-19 cases is continue to increase and the public is encouraged to practice preventive measures in the form of health protocols. The perception of public health risks plays a role in the preventive measures practice as there are limited treatments and resources. The main objective: to analyze the correlation between perceptions of the risk of contracting COVID-19 and the COVID-19 preventive measures practice in Kepuharjo village, Malang. This research method is a cross sectional study involving 163 respondents who are the people of Kepuharjo Village, Malang. Based on the results of research, namely the level of risk perception is high and so is the preventive measures practice. The results show that there is a correlation between perceptions of the risk of contracting COVID-19 with the practice of preventing COVID-19 (p-value=0.003, 3,=0.05). A positive relationship showed by Spearman rank statistical, which explains that the higher the perception of the risk of contracting COVID-19, the higher the COVID-19 prevention measures, the strength of the relationship is included in a strong correlation (r = 0.23). It can be concluded that the level of perception regarding the risk of contracting COVID-19 among residents of Kepuharjo Village was mostly high and the level of practice of preventing COVID-19 of Kepuharjo Village residents was mostly high. It is recommended for the public to always practice COVID-19 prevention measures properly and correctly to prevent the transmission of COVID19
