The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Data were analyzed through the Spearman Correlation test with alpha <0.05. Results: Univariate analysis showed the proportion of maternal age <= 20 years and 21 years was the same (50%). The most education of mothers is high school (55.8%) and most of the work of IRT mothers (65.4%) there is no risk of postpartum depression (28%), moderate risk of postpartum depression (22%) and risk of severe postpartum depression (50% ) and based on parity, the majority of respondents are primiparas (76.9%) and the majority still live with their families (61.5%). The correlation test shows a value of Sig-0.413. Conclusion: There is no relationship between parity and the risk of postpartum depression in mothers aged 15-21 years. Further research is needed on the causes of postpartum depression in postpartum mothers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
