Abstract

Kehamilan normal pada wanita biasanya akan ditemukan sel trofoblas yang nantinya akan menjadi janin. Apabila sel trofoblas mengalami pertumbuhan yang abnormal, maka akan terjadi penyakit trofoblas gestasional (PTG) atau mola hidatidosa. Mola hidatidosa sendiri apabila sudah ganas maka dapat menyebabkan koriokarsinoma. Sebanyak 23% mola hidatidosa sendiri dapat menyebabkan keganasan. Kematian sel tunggal yang terencana dan ditandai dengan adanya deskripsi biokimiawi dan morfologi yang khas sebagai akibat dari adanya inisiasi oleh stimulasi patologis maupun fisiologis dengan tidak adanya reaksi peradangan dapat disebut apoptosis. Sedangkan Indeks Apoptosis (IA) merupakan sebuah indikator untuk mengetahui prognosis dari suatu neoplasma sel. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh IA sehingga dapat menimbulkan koriokarsinoma.Metode penelitian ini adalah literature review dengan desain studi systematic literature review (SLR). Jurnal penelitian yang digunakan berasal dari Scopus, PubMed, Google Scholar, Research Gate dan Science Direct. Ada 10 jurnal penelitin yang mencakup indeks apoptosis pada koriokarsinoma, osteosarcoma, oral karsinoma, kanker prostat, kanker payudara, leukimia, kanker esofagus, kanker serviks dan kanker kolorektal.

English Abstract

Normal pregnancy in women will usually be found trophoblast cells which will later become a fetus. If trophoblast cells experience abnormal growth, there will be gestational trophoblast disease (GTN) or hydatidiform mole. Hydatidiform mole when it is malignant can cause choriocarcinoma. As many as 23% hydatose mole can cause malignancy. Apoptosis is a process of cell death that occurs in a single cell in a planned manner which is characterized by a characteristic morphological and biochemical picture as a result of initiation by physiological or pathological stimulation without causing an inflammatory reaction. While Apoptosis Index (AI) is an indicator to determine the prognosis of a cell neoplasm. This study, have a purpose to identify the role of the effect of AI in choriocarcinoma. The research method that used in this literature is literature review with a systematic literature review (SLR) study design. Journal searches are used from Scopus, PubMed, Google Scholar, Research Gate and Science Direct.There were 10 research journals regarding the index apoptotic index in choriocarcinoma, osteosarcoma, oral carcinoma, prostate cancer, breast cancer, leukemia, esophageal cancer, cervical cancer and colorectal cancer which were analyzed using the PICO-T method. The results obtained indicate that the change of AI can be a marker of choriocarcinoma.
