Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara social support dengan self-forgiveness pada penderita kanker. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penderita penyakit kanker. Jumlah sampel pada penelitin ini sebanyak 145 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Social Support in Cronical Ilness Inventory untuk mengukur Social Support dan State Self-Forgiveness untuk mengukur Self-Forgiveness. Uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan Spearman correlation. Hasil dari perhitungan menunjukkan p=0,000 (p<0,05), artinya dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa terdapat bukti untuk menerina Ha. Korelasi yang didapatkan sebesar 0,319 dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi antara social support dengan self-forgiveness pada penderita kanker.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and self-forgiveness in cancer patients. This research will use a quantitative correlational method. The population that will be used in this study is cancer sufferers. Samples to be used in this study are 145 people using incidental sampling techniques. The instruments to be used are Social Support in Cronical Ilness Inventory to measure Social Support and State Self-Forgiveness to measure Self-Forgiveness. Hypothesis testing will be performed using Spearman correlation. The results of the calculation show p = 0,000 (p <0.05), conclusions can be drawn as agreed to accepted Ha. The correlation obtained by 0.319 can be concluded as social support with self-forgiveness in cancer patients.
