Viany, Andrea Kristia (2021) Hubungan antara Persepsi dan Sikap Masyarakat terhadap Pelayanan Perbekalan Kefarmasian secara Online. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
English Abstract
In the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, people tend to buy pharmaceutical supplies online. The sale of pharmaceutical supplies online itself has positive and negative impacts on consumers, giving rise to different public perceptions and attitudes. So this study aims to determine the relationship between public perceptions and attitudes towards online pharmaceutical supply services. This study is an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional design. The research sample is the people of Greater Malang who have received drugs in the area of Malang Raya at the pharmacy, clinic, health center or hospital using convenience sampling technique according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. This study was followed by 142 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire to measure respondents' perceptions and attitudes consisting of 14 statements for the perception questionnaire and 12 statements for the attitude questionnaire and validity and reliability tests were carried out. Perception interpretation was measured using the median value and attitude interpretation was measured using a T-score which was then analyzed to determine the relationship using the Pearson Product Moment (PPM) test. The results showed that public perception was divided into categories of good (52%) and bad (48%), and positive (56%) and negative (44%) public attitudes towards online pharmaceutical supply services. The results of the Pearson Product Moment (PPM) test obtained p = 0.000, so it is known that there is a significant relationship between perceptions and attitudes. It can be concluded that perceptions affect people's attitudes towards online pharmaceutical supply services so that pharmacists can improve these services for the better.
