Abstract
Lupus merupakan penyakit autoimun kronis kompleks yang dapat menyebabkan berbagai perubahan pada aspek biologis, psikologis, sosial, dan spiritual yang mempengaruhi efikasi diri penyintas lupus. Efikasi diri pada penyintas lupus perlu ditingkatkan agar individu memiliki keyakian terkait kemampuan untuk menyadari, menerima, dan dapat melakukan perilaku yang mendukung penerimaan terhadap kondisi yang dialaminya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh terapi psikoreligi terhadap efikasi diri penyintas lupus di Yayasan Kupu Parahita Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi-eksperimental tanpa kelompok kontrol, dengan pendekatan one-group pretest-posttest design. Dari 170 pasien lupus di Yayasan Kupu Parahita Indonesia dilakukan pemilihan sampel secara simple random sampling dan didapatkan 16 responden sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Pasien diukur efikasi dirinya sebelum dan sesudah intervensi menggunakan kuesioner General Self-Efficacy (GSE) milik Schawarzer & Jerusalem (1995) dalam bahasa Indonesia (r = 0,577-0,839 dan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,899). Kuesioner diberikan secara online dengan bantuan google form. Intervensi yang diberikan berupa video terapi psikoreligi dengan durasi 28-30 menit yang diberikan setiap satu minggu sekali selama 1 bulan, dengan total 4 video menggunakan tema yang berbeda yaitu rasa syukur, dukungan psikososial pada penyintas lupus dan keluarga, hipnosis 5 jari, dan relaksasi otot progresif. Analisis statistik menggunakan Paired T-Test dengan bantuan SPSS for Windows versi . asil pengukuran efikasi diri sebelum x 8. ) dan sesudah x 33.0 ) diberikan intervensi terapi psikoreligi, menunjukkan perbedaan nilai yang signifikan (p-value=0,000). Kesimpulan terapi psikoreligi dapat meningkatkan efikasi diri penyintas lupus di Yayasan Kupu Parahita Indonesia.
English Abstract
Lupus is a complex chronic autoimmune disease that can cause various changes in biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects that affect the self-efficacy of lupus survivors. Self-efficacy in lupus survivors needs to be improved so that individuals have confidence in the ability to be aware, accept, and be able to perform behaviors that support acceptance of the condition. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of psychoreligious therapy on the self-efficacy of lupus survivors at yayasan Kupu Parahita Indonesia. The method used is quasi-experimental without a control group, with a one-group pretest-posttest design approach. From 170 lupus patients at Yayasan Kupu Parahita Indonesia, a simple random sampling was conducted and 16 respondents were selected in accordance with the criteria for inclusion and exclusion. The patient measured his efficacy before and after the intervention using Schawarzer & Jerusalem's General Self-Efficacy (GSE) questionnaire (1995) in Indonesian (r = 0.577-0.839 and Cronbach's Alpha score of 0.899). Questionnaires are given online with the help of google form. Interventions provided in the form of psychoreligious therapy videos with a duration of 28-30 minutes are given once a week for 1 month, with a total of 4 videos using different themes namely gratitude, psychosocial support in lupus survivors and families, 5-finger hypnosis, and progressive muscle relaxance. Statistical analysis using Paired T-Test is done with the help of SPSS for windows version . The results of self-efficacy measurements before x 8. ) and after x 33.0 ) were given psychoreligious therapeutic interventions, indicating significant differences (p-value=0.000). The conclusion of psychoreligious therapy can improve the self-efficacy of lupus survivors at Yayasan Kupu Parahita Indonesia
