Abstract
Program studi Pendidikan Teknologi Informasi Fakultas Ilmu Komputer (FILKOM) Universitas Brawijaya mewajibkan mahasiswanya mengikuti kegiatan Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan (PLP) 2 sesuai Permenristekdikti No. 55 Tahun 2017 dengan harapan mampu menelurkan lulusan sebagai calon guru yang memiliki kompetensi pendidik secara menyeluruh. Nilai rerata mata kuliah PLP 2 ialah A. Namun masih banyak kendala yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa seperti kesulitan membuat RPP, penguasaan materi pembelajaran yang rendah, ketidakmampuan mahasiswa membuat suasana pembelajaran yang aktif, dan kurang kepercayaan diri dalam mengelola kelas. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan pengujian kepada mahasiswa PTI sebagai calon guru bidang keahlian TIK dalam menguasai pengetahuan teknologi, pedagogik, dan konten melalui kerangka kerja TPACK. Penelitian ini menggambarkan kesenjangan penguasaan kompetensi melalui hasil kegiatan PLP 2 berdasarkan hasil kenyataan dan harapan. Kemudian, kesenjangan yang terjadi dievaluasi melalui model evaluasi diskrepansi dan dipetakan menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk diketahui skala prioritas peningkatan terhadap variabel yang menduduki kuadran pada diagram kartesius. Melalui metode IPA variabel yang diprioritaskan untuk ditingkatkan penguasaannya adalah Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK) dan Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (PCK) sebab kedua variabel tersebut memiliki kesenjangan yang sangat kecil. Rekomendasi yang diberikan untuk variabel TPK agar diberikan pretest dan posttest pada materi penyusunan perangkat mengajar dan diperlukan pelatihan pembuatan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Untuk variabel PCK agar diberikan pretest dan posttest pada materi telaah skenario pembelajaran teori dan praktik kemudian diperlukan kegiatan lesson study yang pelaksanaannya minimal sebanyak dua kali.
English Abstract
The Information Technology Education Study Program, Faculty of Computer Science (FILKOM) Universitas Brawijaya requires its students to take part in the Introduction to School Fields (PLP) 2 according to Permenristekdikti No. 55 of 2017 with the hope of being able to produce graduates as prospective teachers who have overall educational competence. The average value of the PLP 2 course is A. However, there are still many obstacles faced by students such as difficulty in making lesson plans, low mastery of learning materials, the inability of students to create an active learning atmosphere, and lack of confidence in managing the class. Therefore, it is necessary to test PTI students as prospective teachers in the field of ICT expertise in mastering technological, pedagogic, and content knowledge through the TPACK framework. This study describes the gap in competency mastery through the results of PLP 2 activities based on the results of reality and expectations. Then, the gaps that occur are evaluated through a discrepancy evaluation model and mapped using the method Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to determine the priority scale for improvement of the variables that occupy the quadrant on the Cartesian diagram. Through the science method, the variables that are prioritized to improve their mastery are Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK) and Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (PCK) because these two variables have very small gaps. Recommendations are given for the TPK variable to be given a pretest and posttest on the material for preparing teaching tools and training in the preparation of Learning Implementation Plans (RPP). For the PCK variable, should be given pretest and posttest to the study material for theoretical and practical learning scenarios, the activities are needed lesson study which is carried out at least twice.
