Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor preferensi konsumen terhadap keputusan memilih hotel syariah di Kota Malang. Tempat dan waktu penelitian ini yaitu hotel yang dibagi menjadi tiga jenis: hotel berbintang, hotel nonbintang, guest house di Kota Malang. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah atau sedang singgah di hotel syariah maupun hotel konvensional di Kota Malang. Melalui teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling melalui 85 data responden dari 100 sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ini, ke 4 faktor memengaruhi preferensi konsumen, yaitu harga, fasilitas, pelayanan, dan pengetahuan. Seluruh variabel signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih hotel syariah di Kota Malang.
English Abstract
This study purpose to analyze the factors of consumer’s preference in choosing shariah hotels in Malang. Location of the study is divided into three types: star hotel, non-star hotel, guest house. The population is a consumer who already stays on conventional and shariah hotels in Malang. The sampling technic is purposive sampling within only 85 data be analyzed from 100 samples. The data analysis method used is descriptive quantitative and logistic regression analysis. The result shows that 4 factors determine the consumer’s preference, which is price, facility, service, and consumer’s knowledge. Based on this study, all these variables are significantly affected consumer decisions in choosing sharia hotels in Malang.
