Abstract
Kegiatan transaksi di pasar tradisional Oro-Oro Dowo mengalami penurunan dikarenakan pandemi Covid-19 meskipun daya beli masyarakat pada komoditas pangan justru mengalami kenaikan, namun hal tersebut tidak berpengaruh pada pendapatan para pedagang di pasar. Alasan utamanya adalah masyarakat merasa takut untuk pergi ke pasar di tengah pandemi Covid-19. Upaya yang dilakukan pengelola pasar adalah bekerja sama dengan DISKOPERINDAG untuk menyediakan layanan pasar online, namun solusi tersebut kurang menarik minat pedagang, sehingga pedagang mengambil alternatif dengan memasarkan produk mereka secara mandiri melalui WhatsApp. Pemasaran pribadi tersebut juga memiliki keterbatasan yaitu hanya dapat menjangkau kalangan tertentu. Oleh karena itu penulis mengusulkan sebuah solusi untuk merancang user experience aplikasi e-business pasar tradisional Oro-Oro Dowo yang akan mencakup proses kegiatan jual beli secara digital dan juga pengawasan dalam proses tersebut yang diharapkan mampu mempermudah pedagang pasar Oro-Oro Dowo dan pembeli. Proses perancangan dilakukan dengan metode design thinking dengan lima tahapan yaitu empathize, define, Ideate, prototype, dan test. Penelitian ini menghasilkan desain solusi berupa prototype aplikasi pedagang, pembeli, dan website admin. Ketiga rancangan prototype tersebut diuji dengan usability testing untuk mengukur tingkat efektifitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan pengguna. Hasil yang didapatkan untuk aspek efektifitas adalah dari ketiga desain solusi adalah 100%, aspek efisiensi untuk desain solusi pedagang didapatkan hasil 0.049 goals/sec, pembeli sebesar 0.053 goals/sec, dan pengelola pasar sebesar 0.088 goals/sec. Aspek kepuasan pengguna diukur dengan kuesioner system usability scale dengan hasil sebesar 74 untuk aplikasi pedagang, 87 untuk aplikasi pembeli, dan 95 untuk website admin.
English Abstract
Transaction activities in the Oro-Oro Dowo traditional market has decreased due to the Covid-19 pandemic even though the demand for food commodities has increased, but it does not affect the income of the sellers in the market. The main reason is that people are afraid to go to the market in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The market manager tries to provide online market services in cooperation with DISKOPERINDAG, yet the sellers are not interested in using it, so sellers take an alternative by marketing their products independently trough WhatsApp but it can't reach a wider audience. Therefore, the author proposes a solution to design a user experience of traditional market e-business application Oro-Oro Dowo that will include the process of buying and selling activities digitally and also supervision in the process that is expected to facilitate sellers and buyers. Therefore, the author proposes a solution to design the user experience of ebusiness applications for traditional market Oro-Oro Dowo that will include the transaction activities digitally and also supervision in the process, this solution is expected to facilitate sellers and buyers. Designing user experience by the design thinking method with five stages: empathize, define, Ideate, prototype, and test. This research provides solution design in the form of three prototypes: seller application, buyer application, and administrator website. The three prototype designs were tested by usability testing to measure effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The results obtained for the effectiveness aspect are 100% for the three solution designs, the efficiency aspect for the merchant solution design is 0.049 goals/sec, buyers are 0.053 goals/sec, and market managers are 0.088 goals/sec. The user satisfaction was measured using a system usability scale questionnaire. The result for seller application is 74, buyer applications is 87, and 95 for administrator website.
