Abstract
Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) kini harus terpaksa dilakukan di berbagai jenjang pendidikan baik dari Sekolah Dasar hingga Perguruan Tinggi guna menekan perluasan pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia. Berbagai dampak akibat PJJ pun dirasakan oleh peserta didik khususnya siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), SMK sangat merasakan dampak PJJ karena yang awalnya pelajaran 70% harus melakukan praktik di lapangan namun kini harus terpaksa dilakukan secara dalam jaringan (daring). Salah satu SMK yang cukup berdampak adalah SMKN 2 Malang, menurut wawancara dan observasi penulis terhadap beberapa narasumber baik guru maupun peserta didik, mereka merasa malas, banyak rebahan hingga motivasi belajar menurun saat mengikuti PJJ. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Mengetahui pengaruh online learning experience terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik SMKN 2 Malang saat PJJ, 2) Mengetahui pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik SMKN 2 Malang saat PJJ dan 3) Mengetahui pengaruh online learning experience dan gaya belajar secara bersamaan terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik SMKN 2 Malang saat PJJ. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan regresi linier baik sederhana maupun berganda dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, karena data yang didapatkan menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner yang akan diisi langsung oleh responden, adapun tahap penelitian dimulai dari merumuskan permasalahan, mencari referensi jurnal, buku dan sejenisnya, menentukan hipotesis, penentuan populasi, sampel, pembuatan instrumen penelitian (kuesioner), pengujian kuesioner, pengumpulan dan analisis data hingga penarikan kesimpulan dan saran. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa online learning experience berpengaruh secara positif terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik SMKN 2 Malang dengan pengaruh sebesar 19,6% dan kedua variabel memiliki keeratan yang kuat dengan nilai 0,41. Disisi lain, variabel gaya belajar baik visual dan audiotorial masing-masing berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar dengan besar pengaruh 28,4% dan 13,9%, untuk gaya belajar kinestetik tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik SMKN 2 Malang, karena beberapa hal. Adapun jika kedua variabel tersebut yaitu online learning experience dan gaya belajar secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara positif sebesar 25,4% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.
English Abstract
Distance Learning (PJJ) must now be carried out at various levels of education, from Elementary School to Higher Education in order to suppress the expansion of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Various impacts due to PJJ are also felt by students, especially students of Vocational High Schools (SMK), and Vocational High Schools really feel the impact of PJJ because initially 70% of lessons had to practice in the field but now had to do it online. One of the Vocational High Schools that has had an impact is Vocational High Schools 2 Malang, according to interviews and observations of the author of several resource persons, both teachers and students, they feel lazy, lie down a lot so that learning motivation decreases when participating in PJJ. The objectives of this study were 1) Knowing the effect of online learning experience on learning motivation of students at Vocational High Schools 2 Malang during PJJ, 2) Knowing the effect of learning styles on learning motivation of students at Vocational High Schools 2 Malang during PJJ and 3) Knowing the effect of online learning experience and learning styles. Simultaneously on the learning motivation of students of Vocational High Schools 2 Malang during PJJ. The method used in this research is to use both simple and multiple linear regression with a quantitative approach, because the data obtained uses a questionnaire measuring tool that will be filled directly by the respondent, while the research stage starts from formulating problems, looking for references to journals, books and the like, determining hypotheses, determining population, sampling, making research instruments (questionnaires), testing questionnaires, collecting and analyzing data to drawing conclusions and suggestions. The results showed that online learning experience has a positive effect on the learning motivation of students of Vocational High Schools 2 Malang with an influence of 19.6% and the two variables have a strong relationship with a value of 0.41. Meanwhile, both visual and audiotorial learning styles have a positive effect on learning motivation with a large influence of 28.4% and 13.9%, for the kinesthetic learning style has no effect on the learning motivation of students of Vocational High Schools 2 Malang, because of several things. As for the two variables, namely online learning experience and learning style together, they have a positive effect on 25.4% and the rest is influenced by other variables outside of this study.
