Abstract
Perumahan Grand Arfa Wulandira merupakan sebuah perumahan yang terletak di Desa Wanayasa, Kecamatan Kramatwatu, Kabupaten Serang. Pada perumahan ini terdapat satu buah sumur bor, akan tetapi belum terdapat sebuah jaringan distribusi air bersih untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penduduknya. Dengan demikian, perlu diadakan perencanaan jaringan distribusi air bersih di Perumahan Grand Arfa Wulandira meliputi aspek hidrolika, kualitas air dan ekonomi. Dalam perencanaan jaringan air bersih, dilakukan dengan aplikasi WaterCAD CONNECT Edition untuk simulasi dan pemodelan kondisi hidraulik jaringan air bersih. Untuk perhitungan biaya dan analisa ekonomi dilakukan secara manual berdasarkan Permen PUPR No. 28/PRT/M/2016. Dari hasil analisis hidrolis, menunjukkan hasil perencanaan memenuhi kriteria jaringan perpipaan pada Permen PUPR No. 18 Tahun 2007. Hasil dari perencanaan ini adalah kecepatan sebesar 0,10 m/det – 2,39 m/det, headloss gradient sebesar 0,13 m/km – 14,80 m/km dan tekanan sebesar 1,83 atm – 2,87 atm. Hasil analisis ekonomi menunjukkan biaya perencanaan sebesar Rp1.292.830.000,00 dengan penentuan harga air sebesar Rp1.667,22/m3
English Abstract
Grand Arfa Wulandira is a housing estate placed in Wanayasa Village, Kramatwatu SubDistrict, Serang District. In this residential area, there is a borehole, but there are no clean water distribution networks to fill the resident's needs. To solve that problem, needed a design clean water distribution networks that discussed hydraulics, water quality, and economic aspects. The design of the clean water network did by WaterCAD CONNECT Edition to simulate and model the clean water network hydraulics condition. Cost calculation and economic analysis did manually based on the Law of Ministry of Public Work No. 28/PRT/M/2016. The result of the hydraulics analysis shows that the design already fulfilled the piping network based on the Law of Ministry of Public Work No. 18 in 2007. The result of this design, the velocity is about 0,10 m/sec – 2,38 m/sec, the headloss gradient is about 0,13 m/km – 14,80 m/km and the pressure is about 1,83 atm – 2,87 atm. The result of the economic analysis shows that the cost of the design is Rp1.292.830.000,00 and the price for the water is Rp1.667,22/m3
