Sepsisaadalah suatu kondisi disfungsi organ mengancam jiwa (life threatening) yang disebabkan oleh gagalnya regulasi respon imun terhadap suatu infeksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Rasio Trombosit terhadap Limfosit (RTL) sebagai prediktor dalam memprediksi kematian pada pasien sepsis di Rumah Sakit Saiful Anwar Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan cohort prospective yang dilakukan pada penderita baru dengan diagnosis klinis sepsis di RSSA Malang. Subyek penelitian semua penderita sepsis yang masuk Ruang ICU dalam kurun waktu November 2018 - April 2019 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi serta bersedia mengikuti penelitian dengan menandatangani inform consent sebanyak 110 subyek penelitian. Kriteria inklusi pada penelitian ini antara lain usia lebih dari 16 tahun, memenuhi kriterua sepsis berdasarkan SOFA score, bersedia mengikuti penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan perbedaan survival rate berdasarkan cut off RTL yaitu kelompok penderita sepsis dengan RTL ≥200 lebih rendah (hari ke-5 adalah 75%, hari ke-10 adalah 40%) dibandingkan dengan penderita sepsis dengan RTL <200 (hari ke-5 adalah 80%, hari ke-10 adalah 45%). Perbedaan mean survival pada kelompok penderita sepsis dengan RTL ≥200 (11,1 hari) dan penderita sepsis dengan RTL <200 (12,7 hari). Didapatkan median survival pada kelompok penderita sepsis dengan RTL ≥200 maupun RTL <200 yaitu 9 hari. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan nilai Hazard ratio berdasarkan RTL yang tidak bermakna yaitu sebesar 0,947 Kata kunci: trombosit, limfosit (RTL), sepsis ABSTRACT Arta, Evelyna Fadhelia. 2021. This study aims to find out Platelet to Lymphocyte Ratio (PLR) as mortality predictor in sepsis patients at Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang. It utilized a descriptive analytical design with a prospective cohort design which was carried out on new patients with a clinical diagnosis of sepsis at Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang. The research subjects were all sepsis patients who entered the ICU Room between November 2018 - April 2019 who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and were willing to participate in the study by signing informed consent with a total of 110 research subjects. The inclusion criteria in this study included being over 16 years of age, meeting the criteria for sepsis based on the SOFA score, and willing to take part in the study. The results of this study showed the difference in survival rate based on the PLR cut-off, that the group of sepsis patients with PLR ≥200 was lower (day 5 was 75%, day 10 was 40%) than sepsis patients with PLR<200 (day 5 was 80%, day 10 was 45%). This study also found a difference in mean survival in the group of sepsis patients with PLR ≥200 (11.1 days) and sepsis patients with PLR <200 (12.7 days). Moreover, it was found that the median survival in the group of sepsis patients with PLR ≥200 and PLR <200 was 9 days.
