Abstract
Ikan koi merupakan salah satu jenis ikan hias yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat. Agro Koi Farm adalah badan usaha yang bergerak di bidang pembesaran ikan koi, terletak di Jalan Air Mancur No.15 RT 23 RW 02 Desa Rembang, Kecamatan Ngadiluwih, Kabupaten Kediri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kondisi faktual, untuk menganalisis aspek non finansiil, untuk menganalisis aspek finansiil dan untuk menganalisis analisis sensitivitas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitian deskriptif. Menggunakan jenis data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan analisis data kualitatif untuk menganalisis kondisi faktual dan aspek non finansiil, analisis data kuantitatif untuk menganalisis aspek finansiil dan analisis sensitivitas. Aspek teknis meliputi pemilihan lokasi, pembuatan dan persiapan media budidaya, pemilihan dan penyediaan benih, perawatan benih, panen dan penanganan pasca panen. Aspek pemasaran mempromosikan secara online. Aspek manajemen menerapkan 4 fungsi manajemen yang masih sederhana, perencanaan dengan menetapkan tujuan, struktur pengorganisasian sederhana, pergerakkan memberikan bonus penjualan dan pengawasan oleh owner. Aspek sosial ekonomi menimbulkan dampak positif dan tidak menyebabkan perubahan budaya. Aspek lingkungan tidak mencemari lingkungan. Aspek hukum telah mengurus perizinan untuk mendirikan usaha. Aspek finansiil modal tetap Rp 313.502.000, modal lancar Rp 335.079.000 dan modal kerja Rp 772.965.333. Total biaya Rp 772.965.333. Penerimaan Rp 903.960.000. Keuntungan Rp 130.994.667. R/C Ratio 1,16. RTC 13%. BEP sales kohaku Rp 258.435.000, showa Rp 183.225.000, shiro Rp 121.110.000 dan tancho Rp 94.900.000. BEP unit kohaku 5.743, showa 5.235, shiro 4.037 dan tancho 3.796. Rentabilitas 16%. NPV Rp 463.814.465. IRR 40%. B/C Ratio 6,44. PP 2,63. Aspek finansiil jangka pendek menguntungkan, karena dilihat dari nilai R/C Ratio lebih dari 1, RTC lebih dari 10%, BEP hasil penjualan lebih besar dari perhitungan dan rentabilitas 16%. Aspek finansiil jangka panjang layak dijalankan, karena dilihat dari nilai NPV positif, B/C Ratio lebih dari 1, IRR lebih dari 10% dan nilai PP 2,63. Analisis sensitivitas sensitif, dilihat dari adanya sedikit perubahan yang menyebabkan kerugian dan sensitifnya cukup tinggi karena merupakan batas minimum tidak layak dijalankan. Aspek teknis masih menggunakan peralatan sederhana dan teknik pembesaran secara tradisional, aspek pemasaran dengan mempromosikan secara online, aspek manajemen menerapkan 4 fungsi manajemen masih sederhana, aspek sosial ekonomi menimbulkan dampak positif, aspek lingkungan tidak mencemari lingkungan dan aspek hukum telah mengurus perizinan. Aspek finansiil jangka pendek menguntungkan, karena dilihat dari nilai R/C Ratio lebih dari 1, RTC lebih dari 10%, BEP hasil penjualan lebih besar dari perhitungan dan rentabilitas 16%. Aspek finansiil jangka panjang layak dijalankan, karena dilihat dari nilai NPV positif, B/C Ratio lebih dari 1, IRR lebih dari 10% dan nilai PP 2,63. Analisis sensitivitas sensitif, dilihat dari adanya sedikit perubahan yang menyebabkan kerugian dan sensitifnya cukup tinggi karena merupakan batas minimum tidak layak dijalankan. Agro Koi Farm sebaiknya memperbaiki aspek teknis dengan cara menambah kolam, agar ketika ikan yang datang lebih banyak maka tidak ditaruh di bak, memperbaiki aspek manajemen mengenai pengorganisasian karyawan dan pada aspek pemasaran dengan menambahkan marketplace untuk mempromosikan ikan koi agar dapat dijangkau lebih luas dan masyarakat dapat membeli ikan dengan mudah.
English Abstract
Koi fish is one type of ornamental fish that is in great demand by the public. Agro Koi Farm is a business entity engaged in the cultivation of koi fish, located at Air Mancur Street No.15 RT 23 RW 02 Rembang Village, Ngadiluwih District, Kediri Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze factual conditions, to analyze nonfinancial aspects, to analyze financial aspects and to analyze sensitivity analysis. The type of research used is descriptive research. Using the types of primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method used was qualitative data analysis to analyze factual conditions and non-financial aspects, quantitative data analysis to analyze financial aspects and sensitivity analysis. Technical aspects include site selection, manufacture and preparation of cultivation media, selection and provision of seeds, seed care, harvesting and post-harvest handling. The marketing aspect of promoting online. The management aspect applies 4 management functions that are still simple, planning by setting goals, simple organizational structure, movement to provide sales bonuses and supervision by the owner. The socio-economic aspect has a positive impact and does not cause cultural change. Environmental aspects do not pollute the environment. The legal aspect has taken care of licensing to set up a business. Financial aspects, fixed capital IDR 313.502.000, current capital IDR 335.079.000 and working capital IDR 772.965.333. The technical aspect is still using simple equipment and traditional enlargement techniques, the marketing aspect by promoting online, the management aspect of implementing the 4 management functions is still simple, the socio-economic aspect has a positive impact, the environmental aspect does not pollute the environment and the legal aspect has taken care of licensing. The short-term financial aspect is profitable, because it is seen from the R/C Ratio value of more than 1, RTC more than 10%, BEP sales results are greater than the calculation and 16% profitability. Agro Koi Farm should improve technical aspects by adding ponds, so that when more fish come in, they are not put in the tub, improve management aspects regarding employee organization and in marketing aspects by adding a marketplace to promote koi fish so that it can be reached more widely and the community can buy fish easily.
