Abstract
Produksi bersih (Cleaner Production) merupakan suatu strategi untuk menghindari timbulnya pencemaran industry melalui pengurangan timbulan limbah (waste generenation) pada setiap tahap dari proses produksi untuk meminimalkan atau meneliminasi limbah sebelum segala jenis potensi pencemaran terbentuk. Istilah-istilah seperti Pencegahan Pencemaran (Pollution Prevention), Pengurangan pada sumber (Source Reduction), dan Minimasi Limbah (Waste Minimization) sering disertakan dengan istilah Produksi Bersih (Cleaner Production). (Direktorat Jendral Industri Kecil Menengah Departemen Perindustrian Tahun 2007). Sentra industri Baik yang berada di Desa Klampar Kabupaten Pamekasan adalah salah satu sentra industri yang merupakan pengembangan UMKM yang dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam peningkatan perekonomian daerah. Aktivitas proses produksi pada Sentra Industri Batik yang meliputi pembuatan batik yang masih menghasilkan limbah yang menimbulkan pencemaran pada lingkungan Kampung Batik. Limbah tersebut adalah limbah cair yang dihasilkan dari proses produksi perebusan kain batik. pada sentra industri batik klampar limbah cair dari hasil produksi belum melakukan pengolahan limbah dan berpotensi mencemari lingkungan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi proses produksi pada sentra industri batik serta menilai kriteria produksi bersih pada sentra industri batik klampar. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan menngunkan metode deskriptif sebagai metode yang digunakan dalam mengidentifikasi aspek-aspek produksi, keterkaitan dan produksi bersih. Penilaian produksi bersih dilakukan dengan menggunakan variable dan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan oleh Direktorat Jendral Industri Kecil Menengah Departeman Perindustrian yang kemudian penentuan indikator dari kriteria berdasarkan indicator dari fakta dilapangan. Hasil dari penilaian produksi bersih didasarkan dari penilaian perbandingan dari industri rumah tangga pada Sentra Industri Batik dengan penilaian baik, sedang hingga buruk. Hasil penialaian tersebut diperoleh dari hasil score yang diperoleh masing masing industri rumah tangga yang dinilai dalam penilaian produksi besih.
English Abstract
Cleaner production is a strategy to avoid industrial pollution by reducing waste generation at each stage of the production process to minimize or eliminate waste before any potential pollution is formed. Terms such as Pollution Prevention, Source Reduction, and Waste Minimization are often included with the term Cleaner Production. (Directorate General of Small and Medium Industries Ministry of Industry 2007). The Good industrial center located in Klampar Village, Pamekasan Regency is one of the industrial centers which is the development of MSMEs that can make a significant contribution to improving the regional economy. Production process activities at the Batik Industry Center which include making batik which still produces waste that causes pollution to the environment of Kampung Batik. The waste is liquid waste generated from the production process of boiling batik cloth. at the center of the klampar batik industry, liquid waste from the production has not carried out waste processing and has the potential to pollute the environment. This study aims to identify the production process at the batik industrial center and to assess the clean production criteria at the klampar batik industrial center. This type of research is carried out using a descriptive method as the method used in identifying aspects of production, linkages and net production. The assessment of net production is carried out using variables and criteria that have been determined by the Directorate General of Small and Medium Industries of the Ministry of Industry which then determines the indicators of the criteria based on indicators from facts in the field. The results of the net production assessment are based on a comparative assessment of the home industry at the Batik Industry Center with a good, moderate to bad rating. The results of the assessment are obtained from the scores obtained by each home industry which is assessed in the assessment of clean production.
