Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh pengaruh work flexibility arrangement terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui innovative work behavior studi pada karyawan PT Asuransi Astra cabang Denpasar saat terjadi pandemi Covid-19. Oleh karena itu, hal ini mendorong identifikasi pengaruh pengaturan kerja yang fleksibel terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku kerja yang inovatif pada karyawan PT Asuransi Astra cabang Denpasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian explonatory research, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 karyawan PT Asuransi Astra Cabang Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur path (Path Analysis) dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Work Flexibility Arrangement berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; (2) Work Flexibility Arrangement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Innovative Work Behavior; (3) Innovative Work Behavior berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; (4) Work Flexibility Arrangement berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan Innovative Work Behavior.
English Abstract
This study aims to find out and explain: the effect of work flexibility arrangement on employee performance through innovative work behavior (study on the PT Asuransi Astra branch Denpasar amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore this encourages the identification of the effect of flexible work arrangements on employee performance through innovative work behavior on PT Asuransi Astra branch Denpasar. The type of research is explonatory research, with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique is Census Sampling with the number of samples are 60 employees of PT Asuransi Astra branch Denpasar. This research use Path Analysis with the SPSS software instrument. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work Flexibility Arrangement doesn’t significantly influences employee performance; (2 Work Flexibility Arrangement plays an important role towards Innovative Work Behavior; (3) Innovative Work Behavior has a significant effect on Employee Performance; (4) Work Flexibility Arrangement have indirect effect on Employee Performance through Innovative Work Behavior.
