Abstract
"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan: 1) Pengaruh aspek struktural, keperilakuan dan teknis terhadap kinerja karyawan KPP Madya Bandung, 2) Pengaruh aspek struktural terhadap kinerja karyawan KPP Madya Bandung, 3) Pengaruh aspek keperilakuan terhadap kinerja karyawan KPP Madya Bandung. 4) Pengaruh aspek teknis terhadap kinerja karyawan KPP Madya Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan jenis penelitian penjelasan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 102 orang karyawan tetap KPP Madya Bandung. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 102 orang dan dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1) aspek struktural, keperilakuan dan teknis berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2) aspek struktural berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3) aspek keperilakuan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. 4) aspek teknis berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
English Abstract
UD. "Al-Iqbal" is one of the Muslim clothing manufacturers in Tasikmalaya City. Muslim clothing products produced are adult male Muslim clothing with Pakistan, Jubah, and qurta model. The main raw materials are managed by UD. "Al Iqbal" is the fabric raw material. This study focuses on the raw material for cotton twill because it has the highest raw material price and the highest total demand, which is 33% of other cotton fabric raw materials. Changes in customer demand and the absence of a basis for calculation in the procurement of raw materials lead to an excess supply of raw material for cotton twill. The purpose of this study was to determine the right amount of raw material ordering by calculating the Q system (continuous review system) and the P system (periodic review system). The Q and P systems are used because the demand for raw material supply of cotton twill is probabilistic with a variability coefficient (VC) value above 0.2. The calculation of the Q and P system will determine the optimal order size, reorder point, safety stock, order time interval, and total inventory cost. Demand forecasting is done first using Minitab 20 software with the trend analysis method (linear trend model and quadratic trend model). The next step is the calculation of the total cost of inventory with the Q and P system. The results of the calculation of inventory control of raw material for cotton twill fabric with the Q system produce a minimum total inventory cost compared to the P system. The results of the calculation with the Q system for cotton twill raw materials, quantity order (Q) is 824 yards, reorder point is 221 yards and safety stock is 8 yards.
