Abstract
"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Covid-19 terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang bergerak di subsektor properti dan real estate. Kinerja keuangan diukur dengan menggunakan beberapa rasio, yaitu rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio profitabilitas dan rasio aktivitas. Dalam penelitian ini rasio keuangan diwakilkan oleh Current Rasio, Debt Rasio, Total Assets Turn Over, dan Return On Assets. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitian deksriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan subsektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2020. Teknik Sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling yang menghimpun populasi sebanyak 64 Perusahaan. Dokumentasi digunakan sebagai metode penumpulan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, dan paired sample t-test dengan bantuan SPSS Statistic versi 22 for Mac. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua variabel yang memiliki perbedaan signifikan dan dua variabel lain yang tidak memiliki perbedaan signifikan. Pada masa Covid-19, Current Ratio dan Return on Assets tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan pada masa Covid-19, sedangkan Debt Ratio dan Total Assets Turn Over memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan. "
English Abstract
This research aims to analyze how COVID-19 affects the financial performance of companies in the property and real estate sub-sector. Financial performance is measured using ratios, specifically liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, profitability ratio, and activity ratio. In this study, the Current Ratio, Debt Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over, and Return On Assets will represent the financial ratios. The research type used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is the property and real estate sub-sector companies listed in IDX for 2020. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling which collects a total of 64 companies. The data collection method in this study is documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics, normality tests, and paired sample t-test with the help of SPSS Statistic version 22 for Mac. This study shows that two variables have significant differences, and the other two don't indicate any. During the COVID-19 period, The Current Ratio and Return on Assets didn't give any significance. Meanwhile, the Debt Ratio and Total Assets Turn Over show significance
