Abstract
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis kondisi internal dan eksternal, merumuskan strategi, serta mementukan prioritas strategi pada usaha Mimiko. Strategi pengembangan bisnis di analisis menggunkan matriks SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats), matriks IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), matriks EFE (External Factor Evaluation), dan matriks IE (Internal-External), serta matriks QSPM (Quantitive Strategic Planning Method) sebagai tahap keputusan memperoleh stategi yang paling relevan digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat 9 kekuatan dan 10 kelemahan, 10 peluang dan 8 ancaman dalam usaha Mimiko. Perolehan nilai dalam analisis matriks IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) adalah 2,18 dan matriks EFE (External Factor Evaluation) adalah 2,56. Hasil nilai tersebut menunjukan perpotongan sumbu kuadran V pada matriks IE (Internal-External). Berdasarkan posisi kuadran V pada matriks IE maka strategi yang dapat digunakan adalah strategi penetrasi pasar dan strategi pengembangan produk. Berdasarkan analisis matriks QSPM (Quantitive Strategic Planning Method) maka dihasilkan prioritas strategi yang relevan digunakan saat ini yaitu strategi pengembangan produk.
English Abstract
The research aimed to analyze the internal and external conditions, formulate strategy, and determine the priorities strategy of Mimiko’s businesses. Business development strategy is determined by using SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats) matrix analysis, IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) matrix, EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrix, IE (Internal-External) matrix, and QSPM (Quantative Strategic Planning Method) matrix as the decision stage to get the most relevant strategies to be used. The research results show that there were 9 strengths and 10 weaknesses, 10 opportunities, and 8 threats in Mimiko’s businesses. The value of the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) matrix was 2.18 and the EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrix was 2.56. The result of this value shows the intersection in the quadrant V axis on the IE (Internal-External) matrix. Based on the position of quadrant V in the IE matrix, the strategies that can be used are market penetration strategy and product development strategy. Based on the QSPM (Quantative Strategic Planning Method) matrix analysis, the relevant priority strategy in use today is product development strategy.
