Abstract
"Maulia Reza Swandy Ismadi, 2021, Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pada Karyawan di PT. Top Sell Raharja Kota Malang. Muhammad Faisal Riza S.Sos., M.Si. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan PT. Top Sell Raharja Cabang Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT. Top Sell Raharja Cabang Malang yang berjumlah 108 orang karyawan. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Teknik acak sederhana (Simple Random Sampling), Teknik ini dapat dipakai jika populasi dari suatu penelitian homogen dan tidak terlalu banyak jumlahnya Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang merupakan kuesioner yang telah disebar kepada seluruh karyawan di PT. Top Sell Raharja Cabang Malang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terbukti adanya pengaruh atau kontribusi positif yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap efektivitas kerja pada karyawan di PT. Top Sell Raharja Kota Malang, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai koefisiensi regresi sebesar = 0.935 dengan nilai p = 0,000 dimana p < 0,05. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh atau kontribusi positif yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap efektivitas kerja pada karyawan di PT. Top Sell Raharja Kota Malang. Besarnya nilai korelasi / hubungan (R) yaitu sebesar 0,865. Dari output tersebut diperoleh koefisiensi determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,749, yang mengandung pengertian bahwa variabel bebas (Gaya Kepemimpinan) berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat (Efektivitas Kerja) sebesar 74,9%, sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 25,1% adalah dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini "
English Abstract
This study aims to determine how much influence leadership style has on the work effectiveness of PT. Top Sell Raharja Malang Branch. This study uses a survey research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Top Sell Raharja Malang Branch, totaling 108 employees. The sampling technique in this study is using simple random sampling. This technique can be used if the population of a study is homogeneous and not too numerous. The data used in this study is primary data which is a questionnaire that has been distributed to all employees. at PT. Top Sell Raharja Malang Branch. The data analysis used is descriptive data analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive influence or contribution between leadership style on work effectiveness for employees at PT. Top Sell Raharja Malang City, East Java Province. This can be seen from the regression coefficient value of = 0.935 with a value of p = 0.000 where p <0.05. These results indicate that there is a significant positive influence or contribution between leadership style on work effectiveness of employees at PT. Top Sell Raharja Malang City. The value of the correlation / relationship (R) is 0.865. From the output, the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.749, which implies that the independent variable (Leadership Style) has an effect on the dependent variable (Work Effectiveness) of 74.9%, while the remaining 25.1% is influenced by other variables. not included in this study.
