Abstract

"Pajak merupakan salah satu sumber pendapatan terbesar Negara. Pajak terdiri menjadi dua yaitu pajak pusat dan daerah. Pajak pusat atau bisa juga disebut sebagai pajak negara adalah pajak yang dikelola oleh Pemerintah pusat Sementara Pajak Daerah dipergunakan untuk keperluan daerah. Diantara sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) yang berasal dari sektor pajak daerah yang cukup penting dan potensial adalah Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB) dan Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor. Program E-Samsat merupakan pengembangan dari sistem pelayanan SAMSAT yang telah ada sebelumnya, dimana data kendaraan yang sebelumnya hanya dapat diakses di kantor SAMSAT Kabupaten atau Kota setempat, namun sekarang dapat diakses pada semua layanan SAMSAT di DKI Jakarta, khususnya di Kota Jakarta Selatan. Adapun untuk mengetahui bagaimana nilai kualitas dari suatu layanan tentu diperlukan metode atau cara yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kualitas layanan produk/ jasa tersebut. IS Success model meneliti sebuah model yang digunakan untuk mengukur kesuksesan dari sistem informasi dengan variabel System Quality, Service Quality, Information Quality dan adapun dalam penelitian yang lain disebutkan bahwa Perceived Ease To Use, Dan Usefulness berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh System Quality, Service Quality, Information Quality, Perceived Ease To Use, Dan Usefulness terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner formulir daring seperti Google Form kepada 100 responden wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor yang melakukan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor melalui E-SAMSAT Kota Jakarta Selatan dengan menggunakan metode penentuan sampel purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel variabel System Quality, Service Quality, Information Quality, Perceived Ease To Use, Dan Usefulness berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna. "

English Abstract

Taxes are one of the largest sources of revenue for the State. Taxes consist of two, namely central and local taxes. Central tax or it can also be referred to as state tax is a tax that is managed by the central government while local taxes are used for regional needs. Among the sources of Regional Original Revenue (PAD) originating from the local tax sector which are quite important and potential are Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) and Motor Vehicle Title Fee. The E-Samsat program is a development of the existing SAMSAT service system, where vehicle data that previously could only be accessed at the local SAMSAT Regency or City office, can now be accessed on all SAMSAT services in DKI Jakarta, especially in the City of South Jakarta. As for knowing how to value the quality of a service, of course, we need a method or method that can be used to measure the level of service quality of the product / service. The IS Success model examines a model used to measure the success of an information system with the variables System Quality, Service Quality, Information Quality and while in another study it is stated that Perceived Ease To Use, and Usefulness affect user satisfaction. This study aims to examine the effect of System Quality, Service Quality, Information Quality, Perceived Ease To Use, and Usefulness on user satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research. Collecting data in this study was carried out by distributing online form questionnaires such as Google Form to 100 motor vehicle taxpayers who paid motor vehicle tax payments through ESAMSAT, South Jakarta City using purposive sampling method. The results showed that the variables of System Quality, Service Quality, Information Quality, Perceived Ease To Use, and Usefulness had an effect on user satisfaction.
