Abstract
"Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean C Blitar merupakan instansi pemerintah yang memiliki wewenang penuh terhadap peredaran cukai dan etil alkohol di Indonesia. Kantor ini terletak di Jl. Sudanco Supriyadi No. 60 Blitar. Sesuai dengan misinya yaitu memberikan pelayanan kepabeanan dan cukai yang efisien dan transparan serta melakukan pengawasan yang efektif. Pengawasan terkait peredaran rokok ilegal dan pita cukai palsu telah dijelaskan dalam peraturan perundang – undangan Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai. pengawasan peredaran rokok ilegal dan pita cukai palsu ini dikaitkan dengan dengan jenis – jenis pengawasan yang ada dan didukung oleh peraturan perundang – undangan yang berlaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran sebuah fakta bahwa Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean C Blitar berusaha melakukan pengawasan peredaran rokok ilegal dan pita cukai palsu dengan baik supaya dapat meminimalkan kasus tersebut Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan Bahwa Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean C Blitar telah melaksanakan pengawasan terkait peredaran rokok ilegal dan pita cukai palsu dengan semaksimal mungkin. "
English Abstract
Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean C Blitar is a government agency that has full authority over the circulation of excise and ethyl alcohol in Indonesia. This office is located on Jl. Sudanco Supriyadi No. 60 Blitar. In accordance with its mission, namely to provide efficient and transparent customs and excise services and carry out effective supervision. Supervision related to the circulation of illegal cigarettes and counterfeit excise stamps has been explained in the laws and regulations of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise. This supervision of the circulation of illegal cigarettes and fake excise stamps is linked to the existing supervision and types of supervision that exist and are supported with the applicable laws and regulations. This study uses descriptive qualitative research using the interview method. The results of this study provide an overview of the fact that the Customs and Excise Service and Supervision Office of Intermediate Customs C Blitar tries to monitor the circulation of illegal cigarettes and counterfeit excise bands properly in order to minimize these cases. It can be concluded that the Customs and Excise Service and Supervision Office of Intermediate Customs Type C Blitar has carried out supervision regarding the circulation of illegal cigarettes and counterfeit excise stamps to the maximum extent possible.
