Abstract

Sejak pandemi COVID-19, Kabupaten Rembang telah mengalami zona merah dua kali pada bulan Juli 2020 dan akhir Desember 2020 – awal Januari 2021. Untuk menyebarkan informasi terkait COVID-19 di Kabupaten Rembang, Pemerintah Kabupaten Rembang menyediakan pelayanan publik online yaitu website Rembang Tanggap COVID-19. Namun pada pelaksanaanya, terdapat kontradiktif antara kasus COVID-19 saat zona merah dengan jumlah pengguna website Kabupaten Rembang yang turun di rentang waktu sama. Berdasarkan keadaan tersebut, penelitian dilakukan untuk menggambarkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna website Rembang Tanggap COVID-19 dengan menggunakan perspektif End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) untuk mengukur performa sebuah website. Berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tingkat kepuasan pengguna website Rembang Tanggap COVID-19 dengan perspektif EUCS yang terdiri dari lima dimensi yaitu Isi (Content), Ketepatan (Accuracy), Bentuk (Form), Kemudahan Penggunaan (Ease of Use), dan Kecepatan (Timeliness). Gambaran tingkat kepuasan website tersebut diperoleh dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Responden didapatkan melalui teknik Purposive Sampling berkriteria Masyarakat Kabupaten Rembang dan pernah menggunakan website Rembang Tanggap COVID-19. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 400 responden yang dinilai dengan Skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai harapan sebesar 33.202 dari skor ideal 40.000 atau dengan persentase sebesar 83% berkategori sangat setuju. Dengan demikian, persentase sebesar 83% memiliki arti bahwa Masyarakat Kabupaten Rembang sangat puas dengan website Rembang Tanggap COVID-19.

English Abstract

Since COVID-19 pandemic situation, Rembang has faced red zone in twice on July 2020 and the last December 2020 – the early January 2021. Due to distribute the COVID-19 information in Rembang, Rembang Regency Government provides online public services called Rembang Tanggap COVID-19 website. However, there is contradictory between COVID-19 cases when in the red zone with decreases of website Rembang Regency users amount. Based on that situation, this research is conducted to describe the satisfaction level of Rembang Tanggap COVID-19 users using End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) perspective to measure the website performance. Hence, the aim of this research is giving the description of Rembang Tanggap COVID-19 users satisfaction level through EUCS perspective consist of five dimensions. They are Content, Accuracy, Form, Ease of Use, and Timeliness. The description of Rembang Tanggap COVID-19 users satisfaction level is obtained by using quantitative research method and descriptive research type. Respondents are obtained through Purposive Sampling technique with Rembang Society and have used Rembang Tanggap COVID-19 website criterias. The questionnaire is distributed to 400 respondents which is scored by Likert Scale. The results show that the expected value is 33,202 from 40,000 as the ideal score or with a percentage 83% in category of strongly agree. Thus, a percentage 83% means that Rembang Society are very satisfied with Rembang Tanggap COVID-19 website
