Abstract
"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui faktor-faktor produksi yang terdapat dalam usahatani tanaman hias tabulampot pada usaha kecil di Desa Sidomulyo, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu, (2) Mengetahui keuntungan usahatani tanaman hias tabulampot pada usaha kecil di Desa Sidomulyo, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu, (3) Mengetahui efisiensi biaya usahatani tanaman hias tabulampot pada usaha kecil tabulampot di Desa Sidomulyo, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer. Didapatkan secara langsung dari responden dengan melakukan wawancara secara langsung yang dilakukan dengan petani tanaman buah dalam pot atau yang sering disingkat dengan tabulampot. Kriteria pemilihan informan didasarkan pada dua hal, yaitu petani tabulampot dam sudah membudidayakan tabulampot selama kurang lebih lima tahun. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah petani tabulampot yang sudah membudidayakan tabulampot selama kurang lebih lima tahun karena dinilai sudah cukup mampu memberikan pendapat dan pernyataan yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian tentang tabulampot dan sudah cukup mampu mengutarakan pendapat yang tidak berubah-ubah. Data utama dalam penelitian kualitatif diperoleh dari peneliti sendiri yang secara langsung mengkumpulkan informasi yang diperoleh dari subjek penelitian. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dengan key informan, serta acuan dan penelaahan melalui literatur. Tanaman yang berkualitas dan bersifat heterogen akan membuat konsumen puas dan mengulangi pembeliannya. Selain itu barang yang selalu ada juga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sesuai dengan teori RBV yang menjelaskan bahwa usaha pertanian membutuhkan beragam sumber daya yang bersifat heterogen dan ketersediaan secara terus menerus untuk dapat bertumbuh. Dibutuhkan jenis produk yang beragam agar pembeli memiliki banyak pilihan dalam memutuskan pembeliannya yang menjelaskan tentang hal-hal yang menunjang keberlangsungan suatu usaha."
English Abstract
This research aims to (1) determine the production factors contained in tabulampot ornamental plant farming in small businesses in Sidomulyo Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City, (2) Knowing the advantages of tabulampot ornamental plant farming on small businesses in Sidomulyo Village, Bumiaji District. , Batu City, (3) Knowing the cost efficiency of tabulampot ornamental plant farming on tabulampot small businesses in Sidomulyo Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This study uses primary data sources. Obtained directly from respondents by conducting direct interviews with fruit farmers in pots or what is often abbreviated as tabulampot. The information criteria are based on two things, namely tabulampot and cultivating tabulampot for approximately five years. Informants in this study were tabulampot farmers who had been cultivating tabulampot for approximately five years because they were considered to be able to provide opinions and statements needed in research on tabulampot and were able to express opinions that did not change. The main data in qualitative research are obtained from the researchers themselves who directly collect information obtained from research subjects. This research will be conducted by means of interviews with key informants, as well as references and literature review. Plants that are of high quality and heterogeneous will make consumers satisfied and make repeated purchases. In addition, the goods that are always available also affect customer satisfaction. In accordance with the RBV theory which explains that agricultural business requires a variety of heterogeneous resources and continuous availability to be able to grow. It takes a variety of types of products so that buyers have many choices in deciding their purchases that explain the things that support the sustainability of a business.
