Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi terhadap motivasi karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaji terhadap motivasi karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi jabatan terhadap motivasi karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaji terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 77 karyawan dengan teknik sampling propotional random sampling. Teknk analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan menggunakan alat bantu program WrapPLS 6.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Supervisi memberikan pengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, Supervisi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Gaji memberikan pengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, Gaji memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Promosi jabatan memberikan pengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, Promosi jabatan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Motivasi kerja memberikan positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Supervisi memberikan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja, Gaji memberikan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja, Promosi jabatan memberikan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Supervision on Work Motivation, determine the effect of Salary on Work Motivation, determine the effect of Promotion on Work Motivation, know the influence of Supervision on Employee Performance, determine the effect of Salary on Employee Performance, determine the effect of Promotion on Employee Performance. This type of research used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 77 employees with a proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is PLS (Partial Least Square) using the WrapPLS 6.0 program tool.
