Abstract

Dari waktu ke waktu energi listrik menjadi salah satu sumber energi yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh manusia. Oleh karena itu, kebutuhan masyarakat atas energi listrik semakin meningkat. Tingginya kebutuhan energi listrik menuntut perusahaan penyedia listrik untuk memiliki tingkat keandalan yang baik. Keandalan suatu sistem distribusi tenaga listrik dibutuhkan untuk menjamin kontinyuitas penyaluran tenaga listrik hingga ke konsumen. Pengukuran keandalan suatu sistem distribusi yang umum digunakan adalah System Average Interruption Duration Index (SAIDI), System Average Interruption Frequency Index (SAIFI), dan Customer Average Interruption Index (CAIDI). Nilai SAIFI dan SAIDI dapat dihitung berdasarkan frekuensi kegagalan dan durasi gangguan yang terjadi dalam satu tahun. Keandalan dapat disimpulkan lebih baik jika nilai SAIFI dan SAIDI lebih kecil. Penambahan pembangkit terdistribusi dan penambahan serta penempatan sectionalizer yang tepat dapat meningkatkan indeks keandalan sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan penempatan sectionalizer pada penyulang Pujon. Metode yang digunakan adalah Fireworks Algorithm menggunakan software Matlab 2017a. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai indeks keandalan (SAIFI dan SAIDI) penyulang Pujon kondisi eksisting sebesar 7,0735 kali/tahun dan 21,6395 jam/tahun. Nilai indeks keandalan kondisi penambahan pembangkit terdistribusi (mikrohidro dan wind turbine) turun dengan nilai SAIFI 6,8524 kali/tahun dan nilai SAIDI 19,9105 jam/tahun. Nilai indeks keandalan (SAIFI dan SAIDI) saat kondisi relokasi sebanyak 14 sectionalizer kondisi penambahan pembangkit terdistribusi (mikrohidro dan wind turbine) dengan metode FWA turun menjadi 5,8169 kali/tahun dan 18,7953 jam/tahun.

English Abstract

From time to time electricity become one of the most energy needed to community. Because of that, the need for electric energy continues to increase. The increasing demand of electricity demanded the electricity supply company to have a good reliability systems. Reliable electric power distribution system is needed to ensure continuity of electric energy distribution to consumer. Reliability measurement that commonly used are System Average Interruption Duration Index (SAIDI), System Average Interruption Frequency Index (SAIFI), dan Customer Average Interruption Index (CAIDI). The value of SAIFI and SAIDI can be calculated from the failure rate and the outage duration in a year. The smaller the reliability index indicates a more reliable systems. The addition of distributed generation and the addition and right placement of sectionalizer can improve reliability index. This research intend to determined the placement of sectionalizer at Pujon feeder. Imperialist Competitive Algorithm with Matlab 2017a is used to optimize reliability index value. The result of this research showed reliability index value (SAIFI and SAIDI) of Pujon feeder at existing condition are 7,0735 failure/year and 21,6395 hours/year. Value of reliability index in addition of distributed energy (micro hydro and wind turbine) improved with value of SAIFI 6,8524 failure/year dan value of SAIDI 19,9105 hours/year. The reliability index (SAIFI and SAIDI) with 14 sectionalizer and addition of distributed generation (micro hydro and wind turbine) using FWA method improved, with value of SAIFI 5,8169 failure/year and value of SAIDI 18,7953 hours/year.
