Abstract
Magetan yaitu salah satu kabupaten yang berada di Jawa Timur yang mengalami pertumbuhan perekonomian yang pesat. Perkembangan ini dilihat dari berbagai potensi yang ada di Magetan seperti industri, perdagangan, jasa, pariwisata. adanya berbagai potensi tersebut menjadikan Kabupaten Magetan sebagai salah satu daerah strategis bagi pengembangan perekonomian terutama untuk wisata. Salah satu tempat wisata andalan kabupaten ini, yaitu Telaga Sarangan yang berada di jalur wisata Magetan-SaranganTawangmangu-Karanganyar. Telaga Sarangan di Kabupaten Magetan, yaitu tempat wisata andalan dan icon Magetan. Sebab dari itu diadakannya pengukuran pada kualitas visual kawasan untuk pengembangan wisata itu sendiri. Iklim yang berubah pada kawasan dan juga banyaknya pengunjung setiap hari dapat menurutkan kualitas visual didalam kawasan tersebut Manfaat dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas visual kawasan Telaga Sarangan berdasarkan preferensi wisatawan dan warga setempat. Metode yang digunakan adalah mix method, yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif, kualitatif dilakukan dengan menganalisis keadaan eksisting dan standar dari teori terkait, serta kuantitatif untuk mengetahui kualitas visual kawasan dengan menggunakan metode Mean Score. Sebelum melakukan metode mean score dilakukan Uji validitas dan reliabilitas, lalu dilakukan metode kuartil, dan uji normalitas. Selanjutnya data diolah menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan SPSS dan dianalisis dengan dukungan hasil eksplanatori sesuai dengan variable yang telah ditentukan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari analisis yang dilakukan adalah terdapat tiga belas stimuli yang memiliki nilai kulaitas sedang berdasarkan kedua responden, serta kualitas visual telaga sarangan mempunyai klasifikasi kualitas sedang. Untuk memberikan saran dan rekomendasi desain terhadap kawasan maka perlu ditingkatkan kualitas visual pada kawasan.
English Abstract
Magetan Regency is one of the districts in East Java which is experiencing rapid economic development. This development is seen from the various potentials that exist in Magetan such as industry, trade, services, tourism. The existence of these various potentials makes Magetan Regency as one of the strategic areas for economic development, especially for tourism. Mount Lawu (3,265 m) is located in the western part of Magetan Regency, which is the border with Central Java. In this mountainous area there is the Sarangan Lake (1000 m asl), one of the regency's mainstay tourist attractions, which is on the Magetan-Sarangan-Tawangmangu-Karanganyar tourist route. Sarangan Lake in Magetan Regency, is a tourist attraction that has become an icon of the city of Magetan. Therefore it is necessary to measure the visual quality of the area for tourism development itself. Climate change in the area and the number of visitors who come every day can reduce the visual quality of the area. The arrangement of the tourist area can be said to be optimal if it places the basic elements of the landscape that are functional and aesthetically pleasing. An area landscape design is said to be aesthetically pleasing if the elements are arranged in such a way as to achieve harmony and harmony. The purpose of this study was to determine the visual quality of the Sarangan Lake area based on the perceptions of tourists and local residents. The method used is a mix method, namely descriptive qualitative and quantitative, qualitative is done by analyzing the existing conditions and the standards of the related theory, and quantitative to determine the visual quality of the area using the Mean Score method. Validity and reliability tests were carried out before implementing the mean score method, then the quartile method, normality test. Furthermore, the data is processed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS and analyzed with the support of explanatory results in accordance with predetermined variables. The results obtained from the analysis carried out were that there were thirteen stimuli that had low quality values based on the two respondents, and the visual quality of the Sarangan lake was classified as medium quality. The visual quality of the area can be improved by providing suggestions and design recommendations for the area.
