Abstract
Peningkatan kasus terkonfirmasi COVID-19 terjadi di seluruh wilayah di Indonesia, termasuk pada Kabupaten Malang, khususnya di Desa Kepuharjo, Kecamatan Karangploso. Kecamatan Karangploso berada pada urutan keempat berdasarkan pelaporan kasus terkonfirmasi COVID-19.Tindakan preventif diyakini dapat memutus mata rantai penularan COVID-19. Peningkatan pengetahuan melalui pemberian edukasi kesehatan sangat penting dilakukan untuk meningkatkan perilaku pencegahan pada masyarakat khususnya pada kelompok berisiko tinggi COVID-19 di Desa Kepuharjo. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan media pesan suara otomatis berbasis Raspberry Pi terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan perilaku pencegahan pada masyarakat dengan risiko tinggi COVID-19 di Desa Kepuharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi-intervensital dengan desain penelitian pre-post test with control group non equivalent. Penelitian ini melibatkan 30 responden pada masing-masing kelompok. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik diperoleh bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna pada peningkatan pengetahuan setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan baik melalui media leaflet (p = 0.826; α = 0,05) maupun pesan suara otomatis (p = 0.091; α = 0,05). Sedangkan pada perilaku pencegahan menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan melalui media leaflet dan pesan suara otomatis. Kesimpulannya pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan media pesan suara otomatis berbasis Raspberry pi tidak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan COVID-19 namun berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku pencegahan COVID-19. Disarankan kepada masyarakat risiko tinggi untuk aktif mencari informasi dan meningkatkan kewaspadaan serta perilaku pencegahan terhadap protokol kesehatan.
English Abstract
The increase in confirmed cases of COVID-19 occurred in all regions in Indonesia, including Malang, especially in Kepuharjo, Karangploso. Karangploso is in fourth place based on reporting of confirmed cases of COVID-19. Preventive actions are believed to be able to break the chain of transmission of COVID-19. Increasing knowledge through the provision of health education is very important to improve preventive behavior in the community, especially in high risk groups for COVID-19 in Kepuharjo. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementing health education using automatic voice massages based on Raspberry Pi on increasing knowledge and prevention behavior in people with high risk of COVID-19 in Kepuharjo Village. This study used a quasi-interventional method with a pre-post test research design with a non-equivalent control group. This study involved 30 respondents in each group. Based on the results of statistical tests, it was found that there was no significant difference in the increase in knowledge after being given health education either through leaflet media (p = 0.826; = 0.05) and automatic voice messages (p = 0.091; = 0.05). Meanwhile, the prevention behavior showed that there was a significant difference after being given health education through leaflets and automatic voice messages. In conclusion, health education using automatic voicemail media based on Raspberry pi has no effect on increasing knowledge of COVID-19 but has a significant effect on COVID-19 prevention behavior. It is recommended for high-risk communities to actively search information and increase awareness and preventive behavior towards health protocols.
