Abstract

"Sistem poin pelanggaran merupakan salah satu solusi yang digunakan oleh sekolah dalam menangani pelanggaran siswa di sekolah, salah satunya SMK Negeri 1 Pasuruan. Akan tetapi, dalam penerapan sistem poin pelanggaran di SMK Negeri 1 Pasuruan masih menggunakan media kertas sehingga penerapan sistem poin pelanggaran menjadi kurang efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mempermudah penerapan sistem poin di SMK Negeri 1 Pasuruan dengan dikembangkannya aplikasi pengolah poin pelanggaran bernama SiTalang (Sistem Tata Tertib Pelanggaran). Proses pengembangan aplikasi SiTalang yaitu menggunakan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) Waterfall Model dengan tahapan seperti analisis kebutuhan dengan proses pengambilan data menggunakan metode wawancara, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem dengan dua pengguna yaitu guru dan siswa. Fungsional pada sistem yang dikembangkan menghasilkan beberapa fitur seperti masuk, reset password, ubah password, lihat daftar siswa, lihat pelanggaran siswa, tambah poin, edit poin, hapus poin, cetak poin, tambah akun siswa, tambah data siswa, keluar, dan lihat pelanggaran. Proses pengujian dari sistem yang dikembangkan menggunakan tiga metode pengujian yaitu unit testing, validation testing, dan user acceptance testing (UAT). Hasil dari unit testing terhadap 3 fungsi utama sistem mendapatkan total 8 kasus uji. Hasil validation testing yang menguji fungsional sistem menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsional sistem telah berjalan sesuai dengan fungsinya. Hasil pengujian user acceptance testing yang menguji penerimaan pengguna terhadap sistem juga menunjukkan nilai rata-rata penerimaan sebesar 98,68% yang didapat dari tiga responden guru dan 100% yang didapat dari empat responden siswa dengan kesimpulan yaitu sistem dapat diterima oleh pengguna. Hasil pengujian user acceptance testing juga menghasilkan feedback secara kualitatif untuk memberikan masukan terhadap pengembangan sistem sebagai saran pada penelitian selanjutnya. English Abstract

The violation point system is one of the solutions used by schools in dealing with student violations in schools, one of which is SMK Negeri 1 Pasuruan. However, in implementing the violation point system at SMK Negeri 1 Pasuruan, it still written using paper media, so the application of the violation point system is less effective. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the application of the point system at SMK Negeri 1 Pasuruan by developing a website-based violation point processing application called SiTalang (Sistem Tata Tertib Pelanggaran). The process of developing the SiTalang application is using the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) Waterfall Model with stages such as needs analysis with the data collection process using the interview method, system planning, implementation, and testing. This study produces a system with two users, teachers and students. Functional in the system developed produce several features such as logging in, resetting passwords, changing passwords, viewing student lists, viewing student violations, adding points, editing points, removing points, printing points, adding student accounts, adding student data, leaving, and see violation. The testing process of the system developed uses three testing methods, namely unit testing, validation testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). The results of unit testing on the 3 main functions of the system get a total of 8 test cases. The results of validation testing that tests the system's functionality show that all functional systems have been running according to their functions. The results of user acceptance testing which tests user acceptance of the system also show an average acceptance value of 98.43% obtained from three teacher respondents and 100% obtained from four student respondents with the conclusion that the system can be accepted by users. The results of user acceptance testing also produce qualitative feedback to provide input on system development as suggestions for further research.
