Abstract
Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) merupakan analisis multivariat yang bertujuan untuk melengkapi analisis faktor konfirmatori dengan kombinasi linier dari indikator dalam analisis Structural Equation Modeling (Solimun dkk., 2019). Pada Senin, 2 Maret 2020, Indonesia resmi mengonfirmasi kasus positif Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Untuk mencegah penyebaran virus, pemerintah membuat kebijakan menjaga jarak yang membuat kegiatan belajar mengajar dilakukan secara online. Mahasiswa menggunakan website Jurusan Statistika Universitas Brawijaya untuk dijadikan acuan mendapatkan infromasi seputar kegiatan akademik. Website Jurusan merupakan aspek vital yang perlu dikaji tingkat kesuksesannya. Konsep Information System Success Model (ISSM) dapat digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kesuksesan sistem informasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menerapkan GSCA pada ISSM website Jurusan Statistika Universitas Brawijaya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online kepada 86 mahasiswa aktif Program Studi Sarjana Statistika yang dipilih berdasarkan proportional stratified random sampling. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan dan manfaat bersih berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna website. Selain itu, kualitas layanan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat penggunaan dan penggunaan.
English Abstract
Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) is a multivariate analysis that aims to complement confirmatory factor analysis with linear combinations of indicators in the Structural Equation Modeling analysis (Solimun et al., 2019). On Monday, March 2, 2020, Indonesia officially confirmed a positive case of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). To prevent the spread of the virus, the government created a policy of maintaining a distance that makes teaching and learning activities carried out online. Students use the website of the Department of Statistics, Brawijaya University as a reference to get information about academic activities. The website of the Department is a vital aspect that needs to be assessed for its level of success. The concept of the Information System Success Model (ISSM) can be used to measure the level of success of the information system. The purpose of this research is to apply the GSCA on the ISSM website of the Department of Statistics, Brawijaya University. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires online to 86 active students of the Undergraduate Statistics Study Program who were selected based on proportional stratified random sampling. The results of the research analysis show that the system quality, information quality, service quality and net benefits affect on website user satisfaction. Service quality also has a significant affect on usage and usage intentions.
